The room was the smallest room I had ever been in. It did not have a closet. It did not have drawers. It had baskets for you to put your clothes in the air conditioner was behind the desk, so it was position in the wrong place when I called for extra towels cause I needed some towels, it took 4 1/2 hours. I got extremely cold and needed another blanket. I never received that blanket. I received the text the next morning that they didn’t have any more blankets for the price of this room, it is not worth it. I will never stay there again. I will never recommend anybody to stay there, it is absolutely garbage. It should be used as a single room occupancy for homeless people.

Me and my pup stay was wonderful. All staff were kind and helpful. The hotel room is very clean and very comfortable traveling alone. I felt very safe. Highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. I was shocked by the amount required for a deposit ($300) and had not budgeted for that amount. Thankfully the front desk agent was able to work something out for me with the manager. I was traveling for a family funeral and did not have a "vacation" fund for this trip.

Hotel is old, muggy and out dated. Upon arrival we asked for a service cart and never received one. We waited almost 20 mins and ended up making 2 trips to the 5th floor. Booked a king room and it was cramped.
Requested a late check out and we were told to call front desk in the am, called first thing and they claimed lated check out was at its max. Hotel looked dead. Never booking with them.

It’s a good place and good location. However; there’s room for improvement. I would like to see hotel management provide courtesy water bottles for guests in bedroom. The sliding door to the bathroom does not give enough privacy because it does not close completely. Further; the bathroom shower floor is slippery and could cause injury.

Service and staff was good. Within walking to local restaurant. Our room was close to the elevator and was noise at all hours from the elevator going up and down.

Hotel front desk is very friendly and able to attend to all my needs. Room is very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Will stay again on our next trip to West Covina.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel esp. the room, bathroom and beddings. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and excellent customer service.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are quiet. The only thing I would change would be the door to the bathroom. Not much privacy there!

Our room was very clean & updated. What i didnt like was the continental breakfast. Eggs & coffee terrible. Only thing i liked was the english muffin. Sorry. Need to improve food. It was clean though

This was a very central location for all the driving and meeting areas I had to go to in the surrounding area. It was nice to be able to have a place to rest at the end of the day that wasn't a far drive or out of the way.

The area was great! Plenty of department stores and restaurants. My biggest complaint was the size of the room that was small. I traveled with only one person and we were there for afternoon/evening events so it didn't bother us for too long. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the pillows were too squishy, but our nights were quiet so that was a plus. The whole hotel wasn't anything pretty to look at or modern but it was tidy. I wouldn't return unless this was the only option left

The stay was Great ! Any and all stores nearby along with 15 minutes away from our event at Irwindale speedway!
We did I’ve to wait about 2 hours for early check in .. which kinda sucked but we do understand because their staff were cleaning the rooms !

The bed was uncomfortable and very hard, barely able to sleep and the pillows are under stuffed so you could not get comfort from them either.

For a quick overnight stay for one person it was fine. I would not recommend it for a couple. The room provided basic needs. But the room did not have a microwave.

It was pretty close to a lot of restaurants, bars & stores. Also, breakfast was a plus. Delish definitely recommend!!!
