All in all it was a pleasent experience

Check in was 3pm.. we got our room 2 hours later and almost missed our event!

The room smelled musty and the ceiling in the bathroom had mildew on it. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

I booked 2-3 months in advance and they told me the room I requested was not available when I arrived. The room I settled for had a fridge that barely got cold, tub with a yellow ring around the bottom, and there was trash on the floor in the room already. I stayed 3 nights and housekeeping came one day. I left my room for a couple hours (they saw me leave) and came back , nothing was done. But when I got back to my room and was busy; they were knocking on the door. Some of the staff was friendly, while others were not so friendly. The best thing I can say I enjoyed was that the bed and pillows were comfy and that the a/c worked well.

Front desk person told us our room type we reserved were sold out and because reservation was made through expedia and not their website, our reservation could not be honored. He told us we would have to find another hotel. We checked their website and it allowed us to make a new reservatio. for the same days at a higher rate. So we fought back to get the room we reserved because we had already drove 12 hours. It took the kid an hour to figure it out. No supervisor when we checked in or checked out. I left my contact info and no supervisor called. Also having onsite laundry and cleaning staff congrate by elevator when its checkout period was annoying.

Did not stay. The room was awful...blood stains on the rug, holes in the rug, stains on the bedding and walls. When I went to the front desk they said "too bad" so I left. Contacted Expedia for a refund.

Property was very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Check in was easy. Friendly staff.

Staff was accommodating and welcoming. Rooms are ok. Pool was freezing and so over chlorinated we couldn't swim. Breakfast was excellent. Average experience for an average price.

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting family in Massachusetts for the 4th of July holiday. Had to walk full length of hallway with bags to get to elevator and then full length back to get to our 2nd floor room when the staff could have just told us our room was just up one flight of stairs from lobby. Room very outdated. Some furniture was broken and bathroom sink had crack covered with duct tape. 2nd day of stay I was working remotely in my room and was interrupted 3 times by housekeeping thinking we were supposed to be checking out because they had the wrong room. They tried entering the room twice. Had to call front desk requested them to give me privacy. Bed was nice and comfortable and room was very cool which was nice. TV was outdated and remote control broken. I’ve had better visits at Holiday Inn in the past so was a little disappointed with this stay. Hopefully just an anomaly.

Everything was as expected. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Although it does need firmer pillows

My room was not ready at 4 pm

I have a large family And love to use holiday inn express because of the consistency of cleanliness and predictability. This location looked sorry and deteriorating in many places. There were stains and rips in the carpet, hair in the tub, and an overly strong scent in the room. I was not impressed with the facility. The staff was very respectful and kind, which i was very happy for.

My room was very clean and all appliances worked. The only thing that frustrated me is the key kept using its programming and have to constantly get it reprogrammed.

The hotel was clean. Showing its age a bit. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Bathroom was clean. Price was reasonable. Breakfast was okay. What was peculiar was having to walk some 200 feet or more to the elevator.

Receptionist wasn't great..didn't welcome as promised when we booked.Room was cleaned when we left for breakfast one hour prior to checking out. Didn't think that was right. Breakfast was good though.

This is a nice hotel. There to stuff do in the area but seems nicer during the day time. Nights became uneasy and could of been unsafe outside of hotel area.

The rooms were old and dated. There were water stains on the wall. The maintenance man had to come in to fix the toilet and sink the first night we were there.
