Started out great pool is nice hot tub fantastic. But was very noisy kids screaming in hall way knocking on door that we put do not disturb. We complained and they were nice enough to move us to quiet floor. Some people just have no respect for others.

We stayed for a wedding and it was a nice place. The free breakfast had lots of options so the kids and adults were all happy. The pool was nice and not very busy. There was an arcade, pool table, and happy hour. The hotel is located near Lake Mendota which was fun to explore. Location was great. The only issue we had was the toilet was very hard to flush. The handle did not want to move down so it was a struggle for our kids. The service was great and everyone was friendly. I would stay there again.

The room was clean without odors and provided sufficient space to not feel cramped. The bed had a pillow pad and very soft pillows, and with the absence of outdoor city sounds, it was easy to want to stay in bed. The breakfast service provided a balanced buffet of options beyond pastries and waffles with quantities that did not appear to run short despite the business of the morning rush. The hotel was sufficiently staffed to ensure timely and thorough room cleaning. Finally, the indoor pool and spa area was spacious to allow for several people to enjoy without sitting on each other.

Quiet with plenty of options for food and its right of a main highway. The rooms were big with a separate sitting area. Breakfast options were vast and all tasted good. They also had a pool table for guest to use free of charge. Pool and hottub were larg and not over chlorinated. Staf was professional and attentive.
Downsides
1 outside flood lights shine right on the room windows making the rooms rather bright during the night even with black-out curtans drawn.
2 beds are a springy u shape so people with spine issues stay elsewhere.
3 mini fridge was super loud all the time so bring earplugs and you will be ok.
For me these 3 annoyances make this a onetime stay.

Bed was right up against AC unit, which blew on and off all night. Sofa was very stained. Toilet was not clean and I was told the cleaning staff was gone and nothing could be done!!! Furnishing were worn out and dated.

A group of people smoking pot in the parking lot when we pulled in. The front desk lady seemed frazzled and annoyed when I checked in.There are people living in this hotel that are either wandering through the halls or smoking cigarettes outside the entrences. at use rocks to prop open doors that are supposed to keep the place locked and secure. So needless to say the place isnt secure. The cleanliness and upkeep of the property are very poor. The place is in need of a major thorough cleaning. Walls and floors are dirty, breakfast area was dirty. A musty smell throughout. The air conditioner in our room didnt work. Needless to say very disappointed. We will be back in this area in a couple of weeks and we will absolutely not be staying here.

A very unique aspect of the hotel was a pool table and game room. The pool table was very popular, but we did get a chance to play two games. Nice hotel. Very clean. Breakfast selections were on the average side.

Not a bad stay, not the most clean but we were only needing a bed for 8 hours. So it did its job. The water took forever to get warm so I ended up taking a cool shower.

Service may have not been that nice -just nobody smiled, but there were not hidden costs. Breakfast was included, I had a spot for my car, no extra or additional costs hidden. I would always come back there. The area was excellent.

Even though the mall as quiet hours. People are extremely noisy especially their kids. When I called it in to staff nothing happened. So we kept getting woken up by neighbors. Their stairs smelled so bad that haven’t cleaned that carpet in weeks. The area where breakfast was served was completely dirty by the time we went to eat. We had to clean off a spot and no one came to clean until someone else complained. Dog poop is also everywhere on the site property.

Great location for our WTR event. Breakfast ok, hot food needs to be hot, but used microwave so ok. Decent selection. A bit noisy in hotel after 2330, could have quiet hour policy enforced. Room comfortable and spacious for the 2 of us. Clean, staff helpful.

It was a good hotel for a one night stay. Our bed was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive. The free breakfast was not great and some of the hot food options were cold. The set up could be better as the line got very long on a Sunday morning.
We didn’t use the pool/hot tub as it was over run by small kids in town for some tournament. They were in the hot tub without adults, so we just passed but the area looked nice.

It is nothing special. The pool is cold and half the hot tub jets don’t work. The pillows are very lumpy. The shower takes a long time to heat up. The staff members were unpleasant at check in.

Had to move rooms to a more quiet location.
