Nice place close to everything.

My family and I had an emergency and couldn’t attend. I left a message and they refused to refund for the day. I will be disputing with my bank. Never using them again.

Best thing was the staff and how helpful they were and having a shuttle for Disneyland. Bad thing is they say in the night shifts the shuffle comes every 30 mins and we waited 1hr and 12 mins. We made friends with another family waiting and they had been there 6 mins before us and we called the front desk multiple times and kept saying was on the way but the hotel was only 12 mins away so don’t know where an hour between was lost from the driver. Also the rooms are small first room we had to be changed the shower was falling down. Second room the window to the parking lot in our room wouldn’t close. It wasn’t till the 3rd room we finally had a good room. Breakfast is on point and the morning trips was the best for Disney but like I stated the night ones were the horrible experience.

While the staff was friendly, it was clear that management didn’t prioritize upkeep—I overheard cleaning staff saying they lacked essential supplies. Several ice machines were out of order on multiple floors, adding to the frustration. Overall, this hotel felt more like a poorly maintained motel, and to top it off, I still haven’t received my deposit back. I won’t be staying here again.

Bedbugs in the bed

The hotel has a nice lobby. However, as you walk in the hallways you can clearly see it's in desperate need for some TLC. I had trouble with the door lock, it would not open properly after reading the key correctly. After several attempts, it opened.

It was good. We were very disappointed in TV offerings. The channel guide did not match the channels and we could not view the World Series game or Sunday football.

The staff was nice and friendly. We didn't have hot water, when they "fixed it" one of us had a hot shower. The next day, they said the maintence wasn't around to fix. not a good time. Pool was under maintence too. Low flow toilets, we had to hold handle for 30 sec plus to make them flush. Breakfast was great.

The carpet was gilthy, when ge got there the elevator was broken, making us walk a long way to the other one. The woman's bsthroom was broken so they had to give me a room key. The staff were very friendly but the hotelcwas in terrible condition.

Staff was friendly but Fair condition very outdated hotel. Plus there was a shuttle to Disney free and driver very nice. Breakfast was ok. Hotel really needs to up remodel and better comfortable beds.

The front lobby in the dining area are kept up well, The carpet in the Hallway Waze going to the hotel rooms are dingy not very clean and inviting. The bathroom tile is the old style, so of course trying to keep the grout clean is tough. There is no pool. It is just concrete for the last year they said. It connects to the Holiday Inn express next door and their pool works, so they should have some kind of a deal to be able to use theirs as well for their guests.

When I was checking in my room was not ready so I had to settle in for another room. When I was checking in, the girl at the front desk (I think her name was Alyssa) wasn't even paying attention to me checking in she was in the conversation with the person checking in next to me. Then an employee came in asking about his check and then she was helping him out. It was just a lot and very unprofessional. When I went to the room, the pain on the walls was so patchy, they just painted over spots, the shower wasn't cleaned properly. I wanted to get a refund but I was only there for the night and I was rushing so I had to settle.

Nowhere does it say one needs a $100 deposit for a $90 room. That’s ridiculous. $25 - maybe. $15 really for the HoJo. But $100?! Puhmuthafyxkingleez. Pool aint even open. Nothing to steal. Staff was very cordial & professional.

The hotel is dirty, it smells really bad, the elevators don't work, the pool has been closed for years, the carpets are dirty, the bathroom is damp, the walls are dirty and poorly painted, the water in the bathroom didn't run well, the sink faucet was throwing water everywhere, they don't put hand soap to wash your hands in the bathroom, one of the managers treated me very badly, he is very despotic and rude, I can assure you that the man is racist since I am Mexican and he treated me very badly, I do not recommend this hotel.

The pool has been closed for months according to staff and is not on notice. Hand soap has been " discontinued " as per house keeping. Front desk double booked our room, strangers walked in on us at a random time. The breakfast is just eggs, and bread. This place went south quick. Never will we come back. We've been staying here for the past 10 years. Super disappointment.

The room was clean and comfortable, even though they said that they will not be cleaning the room ,they did everyday of our stay. The hotel lobby was nice but the other part where the rooms are, smelled like urine and dirty. One elevator was not working and the one working was very busy with the guests and hotel room cleaners using it. Upon arriving to my room, I received a call from the front desk making sure everything was okay and to call if I have any concerns. I tried to call later but all the buttons on the phone were missing. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool was drained. I give the hotel a 4

The hotel is not what it seems in the photos; they don't accurately represent its actual condition. The place is in terrible shape—it's dirty, the air conditioners don’t work, there’s mold in the bathrooms, the carpets are filthy, the walls have holes and are poorly painted. The pool is out of service, the keys don’t open the doors properly, and only one elevator at the end of the hall is working. The hotel manager is rude and arrogant. Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel

When you shop for affordable places to stay I am not sure you can beat the price we paid for 4 days. With that said, you expect that you are going to make sacrifices: PROS - the free breakfast totally exceeded my expectations. There was a large variety of options that easily kepy my family fed. - the shower was hot - parking was convenient CONS - the front elevator didn't work - there was no entrance from parking to the rear elevator - the pool was out of service

The random man hanging out in front of my room upon arrival tried coming into my room twice after 11pm. Thankfully I travel with a safety lock and previously placed it on my door due to the sketchiness of the facility. I called the front desk and Jason gave me a new room and even had security come up to escort us to our new room. Grateful for that! My first room was so run down, filthy and dated. The second room was remodeled and very clean. Unsure why they don’t give out the nicer rooms first. Lobby desperately needed a vacuum and mop! Should not be filthy at 8am. Instead of cigarette breaks, the night staff could tidy up a little. The two trash cans on the exterior (as you enter the lobby) were always overflowing. Not a very welcoming site as first impressions speak volumes. Elevator was broken. The ONLY pleasant thing about my trip was the comfortable beds, the shuttle and “store”. Their staff was so pleasant. They can give the hotel staff a tip or two on how to smile & greet people. All in all, I would NEVER return. Pay a little more & stay next door.

Disgusting filthy rooms. We asked to change and the second room was just as bad smelled of cat urine. When we told the front desk they gave us spray to spray the room. Then they’d have a the cleaning staff go there. The next day when they didn’t come I was told by The other front desk girl they don’t clean the rooms while we stay. It was disgusting. The other major concern the main elevator was broken so the hotel shared one on the other side of the hotel. Also they have not had a pool working in years they said but it’s advertised on hotels.com that they do when we asked them they said they were not contracted with hotels.com so there’s nothing they could do.

One elevator was broken. On the first night the second elevator also broke down. They called someone out to fix the second elevator and you would think they would fix both but no, they only fixed the second one and the first one stayed broken. The ice machine on my floor, the third floor, was broken. Had to go to the second floor to get ice. Second night I came back to the hotel and saw two huge cockroaches wandering around in the hallway. The pool was completely drained. A sign said it was unavailable due to cleaning but the pool was completely drained and unusable the entire week I was there. They provide a free shuttle to Disneyland but it's only operable from 8am to 12pm and doesn't operate again until 8pm to 12am. So it's very limited in when it operates with only 1 shuttle per hour. The hotel overall is very run down. Wallpaper peeling from the wall, cables and wires hanging from the walls, and the carpet and flooring is dirty. Some of the staff is hospitable but a lot give the impression that you are bothering them when asking for anything. I asked for a microwave and fridge for my room a week prior to my trip but upon arrival they did not have either ready or available for my room. I had to wait until the second night even though I was told there would be one available the first night. The hot water ran out and I had to take a cold shower one of the nights of my stay. They also offer late check out but when requested they said I couldn't. I will not stay here again.

This property is literally falling apart everywhere you look. I definitely will never be staying here again
