The hotel is beautiful, everything was clean and breakfast was very good.

Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was amazing. We also enjoyed a late dinner in the restaurant after our convention and I was impressed with the service and quality of the food.

They never cleaned my room. I went to front desk a couple times during my stay to let them know and ask for service towels and coffee etc as they didn't answer the phone and they said they would but never did

Most expensive of the hotels I stayed at on this trip and I had to pay an upcharge if I wanted a hot breakfast, which was free at my other stays. Otherwise the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and room was comfortable. TV reception was bad however....

We had a lot of trouble with our reservations being honored. Our reservations that we have had for 6 months were almost not honored because of the hotel. They couldn't find our reservations two different times. We also didn't get our rewards points for our $2100 stay because we booked through Hotels.com.

We have stayed here several times while traveling to visit our daughter who attends the University of Arkansas. The hotel is right off the highway in a safe area with a lot of dining options. It’s only a ten minute drive from the school and much more affordable than staying directly in Fayetteville. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

GOOD:The folks working the front desk were very very kind. Always saying hello, etc. Ck in was easy.

NOT SO GOOD:
The A/C in the room was awful. The room was never cool…just muggy all the time. Sleep was hard to enjoy because of the temperature in the room.
Bath towels were very thin.

This is an old 80s Holiday Inn that was built for conventions and events. I’m sure it was nice at one time but it’s pretty dated by now. The room was comfortable and clean and no problems. But the condition of the interior needs to be updated. Mainly a hotel for business travelers and construction guys passing through. Good value for the price but you may want something newer and more modern.

We only spent a quick over night here but the property was nicely maintained. The open interior was lovely. Our room was comfortable, beds were great, nice shower. Easy walk to a nice restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

The overall stay was great! Staff was so helpful.
Unfortunately, our room AC would not work correctly and the temp was never getting below 76 no matter if we set it to 66, 70, or even 74. It just wouldn't go down and hardly blew out. We only didn't mention it to guest services because it would have meant packing and unpacking again. We decided to cop it out to bring on the 8th floor, but still, we had a great stay!

I loved the kind welcoming greeting from KoKo when I arrived. He was professional and fun to speak with. He truly seemed to enjoy and take ownership of his front desk position. What a great welcome to what turned out to be an excellent stay. Thank you! I would highly Recommend this property!

The breakfast was great! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. They had food inside the hotel as well as a bar. It was clean and the staff were super nice and helpful.
