Very bad experience. The pillow was smelly. The environment is very noisy. The shampoo was not topped up until you asked, then gave you ones with no brand. Tower got stains on it.

In general it’s ok for a 4 stars hotel.
Clean, comfy bed, pillows.
House keeping was good
The bathroom sometimes has sewage
smell, no hair conditioner or body lotion,
Should have a choice of gas or still water bottles.

Large but excellent hotel in the very center of Warsaw. The view from the top floors is excellent. Good service with several reception desks both at check-in and check-out. OK breakfast.

Having the train station just across the road, walking distance to the old town and to many other sites such as Łazienki Park makes this hotel a perfect choice for accommodation. Staff are very helpful. The breakfast is great. Only one thing I noticed since my stay 6years ago is that you get disposable cups in your room instead of ceramic ones, making it very hard to hold with hot tea. One could unsuspectingly drop the cup with hot tea in it. Wondering why the move to dispose cups.

Fabulous hotel in the centre of the city. Great communication, walkable distance to Old Town and attractions. Fantastic view from the window, room clean and modern.

We had a nice stay for two nights. When we checked in we asked for a cot but were told there was a sofabed so imagined the sofa was made up. When we got to the room the “sofabed” was more of a narrow chaise lounge and there was no extra bedding for it. As it was late we made do without.
Otherwise our stay was lovely. Great location, kind staff

Rooms were never cleaned, if i asked for it, they never came, we had to settle for towels only twice. Family of 4 - rooms too small for 2 bags.

Great hotel overall in amazing location. However, the pickup/parking situation is not great. Very little space to stop and unload or load luggage

My daughter lost her passport and the reception staff were amazing making photocopies for me and calling around
Also we were there for the Taylor Swift concert and they had a bracelet making station and photo op. Very cute!

Avoid Novotel while in Warszawa. It's mostly a reminiscent of communistic times. The parking garage is in terrible condition with marks on the walls all over the place from other cars running against very tight walls. The rooms are small and not so clean and mostly uncomfortable. The only good thing is breakfast buffet and proximity to the Stadium. We were in town to see Taylor Swift and she killed it.

Novotel in great location, with tram stop outside front door. Train station across the road and central station 5 to 10 minute walk. Can walk everywhere and close by to restaurants and main shopping complex. Would definitely stay here again.

first i had a room next to the elevators, where you could hear the operation of elevators. They are loud, so i asked at the front desk and they replaced my room immediately.

Good hotel for visit Warsaw. Perfect lication in the city centre,clean and comfy rooms,very good breakfast.

Very convenient location, close to old town by 35 min walking, surrounded by very nice neighborhood containing cafes restaurants etc. Public transportation is at the door. I’ve read lots of comments before I book, now I totally agree with all other in-house guests. Superb hotel.
