we have stayed there for many years when we go to Road America. our stays are always enjoyable. Nice location, clean, friendly, great breakfast, nice Bar,just good value.

Carpet was dirty. Bugs everywhere Like nobody swept in months. Families of spiders in clothes closet.. so never unpacked..some kind of flung bug coming fro. Under door. Air was at 64.. but if you turn it down..it stunk

Staff was very friendly and accommodating for a 4 day convention. A good setup for convention meetings and banquet. Good location off freeway I-41.

First room had soaking wet floor, second room was not serviced from previous guests, third room finally was clean and dry, but had a door falling off of the tv stand. And it was an upgraded room, glad I didn’t have to pay the price they weee actually asking for this room. The only shining light of the whole disaster was the woman who worked at the front desk, Airiel, she was working so hard to get me and others into rooms that were livable in. Yes others, when I was at the front desk, two other families were having to get different rooms also. One woman told me, and showed me pictures, of her soaking wet carpeting also. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! Thankfully I was able to get a full refund after calling them back.

Small town feel with quiet surrounding area.

We stayed here for a conference for the National Federation of the Blind Wisconsin. We reserved the handicapped accessible room. Overall the room was good but for the handicapped accessible room it was way in the back of the building, made it hard for my boyfriend who is wheelchair bound to get back and forth. The room was a little smaller than we expected for a handicapped room but we made it work. the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have a microwave, fridge and a kcup machine in the room. For the conference the accommodations were excellent. The banquet they provided was excellent. They had a nice pool and jacuzzi area howe3ver the jacuzzi wasnt working all the time. but it was still nice to go into. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was top notch, delicious food. They had a wonderful buffet breakfast and even though it was not included in the room fee it was reasonably priced. With the conference we attended however it was included. The staff were extremely nice and helpful considering our group consisted of blind and visually impaired people. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come again in the future

The room was so cold. Turning up the heat did nothing.

My room was dirty the sheets weren't clean and the room smelled like ass!!

Great front desk.

Lots of things for families to do with a big enough area to hang out near the pool with a large group. It’s an older property. Beds were comfty.

The property and our room were very clean and quiet. However, the in-house restaurant was mediocre at best, based on what we ate. The breakfast, not included, was sub-par. A far better choice is Rolling Medows Restaurant across the street. The service and food there is outstanding.

I love the pool. It’s always at a good temperature. This time we had a room that smelled of sewer. This was unique to this stay. The iron was contaminated with some sort of green plastic. Luckily we noticed before ruining our clothes. Room 221

Staff was great. Food was great. I liked that it wasn't right in town, but on the outskirts.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous of times and we always have a great experience! The pool and rec area is amazing and great to give the kids some space to move around. Breakfast is always great and the staff is so friendly

I building is nice and clean. The Staff is very good. The morning breakfast chef is very friendly and polite. All around a great experience.

It was gloriously quiet

The outside door near our room was broken and was slamming all night long. It kept waking us up because it was so noisy. The rest of the property seemed fine but the broken door made sleeping almost impossible. It sounded like someone was banging on our door at all hours of the night since we were right next to the broken exterior door.

Service was outstanding. Overall room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom could have used some more attention but overall happy with the stay and value.

Went to the hotel bar to watch the football game.. the sign on the door specifically says no outside alcohol allowed yet the couple next to us had 120 proof moonshine in a paper bag. The bartender, Donna, and her staff seemed to know the couple and did nothing.. I guess the rules didn't apply to them. Bartender staff acted child-like and unprofessional. Hotel room was great.

Heard noise from pool area until it closed at 11. Better not to have room by the pool.
