Excellent customer service at check in! Cons - Beds very hard and uncomfortable and room had a musty smell but it was only for one night so we just dealt with it, need to upgrade to SmartTVs in rooms. Pros - the shower and bath products and the overall size of the rooms with the separate living room area.

Quick overnight to fly out next day. Area was close to all, staff very friendly and informative, bed comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was really good. The staff did their best to accommodate our requests and it was possible to do early checkin and late checkout. The pizza place at the hotel was very good too. Will highly recommend.

Our stay was overall good, BUT I have to say the lighting is terrible. When trying too put makeup on I had to go by the window to put it on.

When you arrive at the Hotel is beautifully lighted which makes it look beautiful at night, the rooms are so spacious and clean. Overall would definitely be back to stay again here.

It was amazing! From the front desk clerk to the smell of the lobby. Close to everything (we were doing Disney Springs and Typhoon Lagoon) We stayed in the suite with two queen beds. Room was big, clean and modern. First floor. There’s a nice little living room, fridge and two tvs!!! Nice bathroom (with bathtub) Definitely recommending, staying again and wanted to add, booking was a breeze. Used PayPal through Hotels.com

Nice hotel, clean and big room with sitting area. The breakfast was the same every 4 days that we stay. There was some noise in the room, maybe because 2 rooms across it was a mechanical room. But I definitely recommend this hotel. A big plus the shuttle to Disney Parks.

I really enjoyed my stay. The other thing that i noticed was the room was cold for me so I moved the thermostat from 70 to 72 degrees. Later after leaving the room and returning the room smelled a little musty. The powers that be should check to see if there is a mold issue or issues with proper ventilation.

I stayed there for 6 days. The suite was lovely. The bed was super comfortable. I liked the short walk to a drug store, gas station, pizza shop across the street. Inhouse breakfast was great. I did not try the inhouse restaurant, but heard others liking it. The shuttle to nearby Disney/Disney Springs was great.

We loved this hotel for so many reasons! Everything was clean, everyone was friendly, and the location to our events was convenient! One minor hiccup, the intersection where the BVS is located is super congested, be prepared for that. Otherwise, it was an awesome experience!

Property was well kept, offers free shuttle, breakfast buffet and is close to Disney parks. Lots of dining options near by, staff was courteous and friendly. Honestly have no complaints, will definitely stay again. Had a great stay.
