We had a nice stay in Novotel. It’s easy walking distance to the centre. Room was comfortable with a good shower. Buffet dinner and breakfast was nice. Only negative was that the car parking is very expensive . We are travelling around the world and have never pid so much for parking.

The hotel os perfectly centred between the old and new part of town. A nice pool and gym just next door shared with 3 other hotels that belong to the same hotel group. The room was great, enough apace for myself and 2 daughters. It is on the older side with beige tiling but well maintained. The bath in which you need to shower too, didn't drain well and the hairdryer had seen better days. The service and cleanliness however were superb. Buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner were okay. Much, much appreciated the help and option for celiacs with Gf bread organized each day! All other allergents clearly noted by each food. The coffee from the machine was not great but understandable as waiters were always busy cleaning up and running round. All in all a great, lovely and well-run hotel with helpful and friendly staff

We booked this hotel because of the pool and spa, but it was closed. Hotel staff nice, but rooms need some level up to do.

Stopping over on my way from France to Spain. Decided to both eat and drink at the hotel, as the options in town aren’t that overwhelming. Totally adequate and enjoyable it was, and the room was flawless and modern. Couldn’t ask for more.

The location is very good; the "Buffet Cafe" is very nice and convenient for breakfast - though good and convenient for dinner, there are plenty of places nearby that offer good food at competitive prices. If WiFi connectivity is "important", this is not the hotel for you; in-room connectivity (we were on the 6th floor) is poor and lacks the power to do much, once connected. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

Greay family experience. Spa and pool as located inside Mercur hotel but that wasn't a problem. Is just steps away. Parking on site, for about the same price as city parking.

Overall very good experience as no issue is indicative of a well oiled machine. Good location, the hard materials; bed, room, restroom, amenities were all very good. Check in took a bit longer than expected but nothing too outrageous. Only thing is power somehow fried my Converter that’s been with me for a long time. No idea what caused it but might want to check voltage on your electronic set up to make sure same doesn’t happen to you. Check out was fine, except took longer than expected because was again waiting for lengthy check in to complete. Other than these very minor things, it was very pleasant.

I really enjoyed this hotel in the heart on Andorra. The rooms were nice and we had a great view of the river in the city center. The breakfast was extensive and a great start to the morning. I would stay here again.

Parking at hotel was full, swimming pool in another hotel and indoors so was disappointed. 2 lifts, 1 was out of order which was a nightmare as it was so busy. Room was clean and comfortable and location was good. Staff were friendly.

Well, front desk is terrible not kidding so slow and unprofessional. You need pasports to check in kids so if you dont have it you in trouble. We waited for like 30 min with one person ahead of us. One person behind the counter and manager didnt care that we waiting. Room was clean but outdated. Pool and spa next door at another hotel. Novotel you can do better for €100 a night. Definitely not 4 star hotel. We traveled around the world you can do a lot better. Good location but but €20 parking is insane.

When arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received the booking from expedia. The receptionist told me in a way that made feel if I was asking to stay at the hotel for free!!!!, that it was my problem and that I should resolve this with expedia. and, if they had not received the confirmation by next morning they would charge me again. I then called expedia to try resolving this issue. However, expedia's customer service put me on hold for about 15 minutes (at GBP2.00/minute) at which time I decided to hang up and wait until the next morning to take this with my credit card insurance. Fortunately, the next morning the hotel staff confirmed that they had received the booking confirmation. However, I WASTED ABOUT GBP30.00 TRYING TO RESOLVE EXPEDIA'S AND NOVOTEL'S INHABILITY TO DO THEIR JOBS PROPERLY!!!!

Perfectly functional brand hotel - you know what you will get, and regrettably this includes expensive parking which is a theme of the last two Novotels stayed at. Miscalculated on this location - which is our fault and not the hotel's obviously. This area is not about mountain scenery but all about shopping. Andorra is sadly just a commercialised mountain pass with people who all seem to look a bit unhappy despite the sun and snow and paying minimal taxes (reminded me of Luxemburg). We would have been better to stay higher near the French border in a small ski village, or remain in Spain and cross over further West.

An excellent hotel in a central position of Andorra la Vella. Good value overnight stay as was the breakfast. It was a shame that the female on reception when we arrived was occupied for 10 minutes with another call and kept us standing waiting. Then she attended to us with no apology and a curt manner. Other staff were smiling and courteous.
