DON'T STAY HERE!!! The pictures are misleading. This is a dated, run-down, dirty and disgusting hotel. The man at the reception desk was rude, uncooperative and unconcerned for guest safety and comfort. I will NEVER again book online with any service because of the misleading information posted here. Now I have to file a dispute to get my money back because the front desk REFUSED to check me out when I was at the hotel less than an hour. And the fire alarm went off while I was there and NO explanation given as to why. Fire Department came and left as if they're there all the time.

First off, when i arrived late on a Thursday evening, for the two-night stay i had booked thru Hotels.com BACK IN JUNE - they had NO RECORD of my reservation!!! :( also, my cousin (who also has reservations at the same hotel, for the same two nights, and i agreed that the pictures she saw on their website made the property look MUCH BETTER than it did in person - also, hallway was VERY NOISY on Friday night, the second night of my stay having said all of that - once i got checked in, my overall stay was adequate

Awful. I only stayed for a few hours before moving to another hotel. The smell was so bad it cause me to get a headache.

I arrived with 3 kids and couldn't stay here. First, the rooms were filthy. Stains on the carpet, mildew and dirt in the shower/tub, hand prints on the wall, musty/mold smell. Our toilet water was running. When I told the man at the front desk he said, "it still works." I told him it would be too noisy to sleep with and asked for maintenance to come take a look (it was 5pm). He said no one would be there to fix it until the next day. Then we saw men who were obviously coming home from work (they had reflective type vests on like construction workers) who were clearly living in the hotel. They started BBQing in the parking lot. On the way out we looked at the indoor pool that was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. I told the man at check in that I couldn't stay there with my kids. He said fine but I'd have to get a refund through the third party reservation system I used. When that company called they were told by the hotel that they had refunded us (they hadn't).

I’m very surprised that Windham still has this listed as one of their properties. Everything is in desperate need of renovation and upgrading. Cleanliness was an absolute bare minimum. The beds were nice and fresh, the bathrooms were not.

The hotel was ok, but having no basic amenities such as paper plates or napkins to offer guests was a little shocking. Also our toilet did not flush correctly, something that should have been checked before the next guest came to the room.

Upon arriving I was told they did not have the room I reserved (1king) they offered me 2 queens instead. I said but I reserved a king. They said we only have 2 queens. When I asked why they then said they had no rooms for me. I replied you just said you have 2 queens. His response was no air conditioning- we have no room. This was My first experience being discriminated against for just asking (in a very polite manner) why they didn’t have the room I booked and quite frankly for being white. It was a weird vibe and I’m glad we found other accommodations. Would NOT stay here. Strangest experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and I’ve had lots.

The first room was disgusting Requested different room that was clean away from the very noisy and smelly from cooking residents The second too was better but still disgusting Room service came once for our 1 week stay There are many residents hanging outside with noisy music and smoking lots of cigarettes Never again

Nothing was unique, the room and property are extremely outdated. A quarter size bar of soap was provided for bathing, a 2 oz shampoo bottle was provided, the bathroom definitely looks like it had water damage, and the stucko on the ceiling was also concerning

I booked this hotel for the pool. When my kids and I found the pool, we were told by people who were swimming in it that it was closed. The hotel seemed like it was an abandoned building with few other guests and dark and dingy halls. The room itself was reasonable, but overall felt the room and all facilities seemed much better in the pictures than they were in reality.

There was no housekeeping, so I had to ask for the room to get cleaned (that was the only time they did and they only made the bed) and for extra towels which they ended up charging us for. There was a refundable $100 deposit that we weren't expecting, which was ridiculous considering the room was already a 4 out of 10. There was no trash can in the room, the dresser had a gash in it, the carpet was visibly torn and dirty, so we had shoes on at all times. Breakfast was small, loose and dry cinnamon rolls, twinkies, plain bread, some off brand granola bar and coffee. We stayed because we had no choice at the time, but we will NEVER go back.

The outside looks like the place is about to collapse. Weeds everywhere. It’s difficult to locate. There isn’t anything available to eat or drink onsite. Don't believe the website, there is no breakfast, no kitchen and no bar. The bright side is that they were kind enough to refund my payment. And the staff were friendly.

Where to begin, there is a vacant event center next to it and the hotel doesn’t look like it received much more attention. Walk in and it smell rank and damp. The room had dirty walls, dirty carpet. Bathroom was disgusting, black mold in the caulking. Shower lever and head was outdated and needed replacing.and the bathroom door was damaged. The parking lot had giant potholes and was poorly lit at night. Honestly this property is not fit to hold guests in its current condition.

Driving up to the facility we thought it was abandoned. It was very run down and didnt look like it had anyone there. Upon checkin our room with 2 queens wasnt available as the ac wasnt working so they put us in a room with one king bed. Ac also didnt work well as the temp said 68 but room temp was 82 so it was hot. The room itself was spacious and fairly clean. Had to ask daily for towels and our room was never cleaned in the 5 days we were there. The breakfast was a joke. A couple different kinds of mini muffins they get at walmart and a plate of bread to toast. No juice or water. The whole hotel smelled bad and were advised at checkin that it was lobby spray but it smelled so bad we had to cover our mouth and nose going in and out. The restaurant was under renos so nowhere to eat. The hot tub didnt have handrails and the first step into the pool was large so someone with mobility or balancing issues wouldnt be able to get in or out. The one time I went to the pool there was a half a dozen young men having a party or something with loud music and made it uncomfortable so we left. I would not recommend or stay here ever again.

By far the worst place I have ever stayed in my life

The floor was so dirty, sticky. The sheets had stains, on both beds. They hung car air fresheners on the door.

Fairly rundown but comfortable. If all you want is a small muffin or bread with coffee, their breakfast is for you. If you want any fruit, juice or something hot go somewhere else.

We had a confirmation for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds, when we arrived we told they would be giving us on room with queen beds and one room with a king bed, I said it was not acceptable as we were 4 single adults. He then said he could give us a room with a king bed and a pull out couch, so we accepted. The lobby of the hotel was poorly lit and smelted musty. When we went to the rooms, one was clearly occupied with clothes all over the bed and open suitcases in the room, our key worked. We closed the door and we back to the lobby. Our friends were already back in the lobby. Their room smelled like mold, there were wet wash cloths on the window sill. The sheets on the bed were clearly wrinkled. The halls in the hotel also smelled. The staff at the front desk kept telling us the computer said our room was unoccupied and he would credit us for the room. We ended up leavening as the hotel was so bad I would have been afraid to sleep there.

The check in process was very easy but the front desk employee was very rude. When we went to inform him that our tv was not working, he stated he could cancel our reservation or we could contact housekeeping the next day and maybe they will get around to it in a few days; which wasn’t feasible with 2 children under 3. Unfortunately due to circumstances, we were unable to find another place to stay at. There were no pillow cases on our pillows, burn holes in our beds in smoke free rooms, dirt on the walls in the bathroom and on our last day we had NO hot water. The good part of the hotel was that the pool was nice!

The king size bed was comfortable. The bedding on the bed was clean. Other than that it was outdated, carpet needs to be replaced because it had wrinkle up spots in it, they didn’t clean the room, never changed out the dirty towels because my husband had to go ask for clean towels for our shower the next morning, and whatever that awful strong air freshener smell is in the room gave me a bad headache being in the room, and mildew on the caulking of the tub. Would we stay here again? Probably not.

These pictures are not accurate at all. Pool closed. No breakfast. Room and hotel are filthy dirty. Will never stay there again. Run away very fast from this hotel. Can’t believe it’s a Ramada, they use to be very nice hotels, apparently not know at least not this one.

Had to slam entry door to close; bathroom floor slippery and sticky; moldy smell covered by strange room freshener smell; missing lightbulbs; bathroom fan noisy and ineffective.

Our room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. There is a pool. Facility looks abandoned when you pull in. There is no restaurant as advertised. Breakfast consists of mini powdered donuts, mini muffins and bread that you can toast. Overall we were happy being it was one of the least expensive hotels but it could use some tlc to regain its former glory.

Breakfeast was horrible. Nothing covered. Nobody around to help. A $ 100 deposit. What was that about?

Service was good, room was very dated. Had to switch rooms due to toilet issues. Wasn’t the cleanest place.

This place was incredibly nasty, do not believe any review over 1*, they must be paid/fake reviews. The grounds are not kept well, giant missing pieces of asphalt in the parking lot, untrimmed trees, un mowed lawns. The hallways smelled, the room smelled, the toilet seat had some brown spots on it, the walls had stains, the door had scratches, the floor had stains, I could go on. We left and stayed somewhere else, no thank you. I'm amazed Ramada/Wyndham allows their name to be on this "property". Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. The pictures they have of their rooms online? LOL, yeah, sure, maybe 10 years ago. I have the real pictures, the place is disgusting.

The good stuff were the bed and mattress were clean and comfortable, toiletries were available in the room. The bad stuff had to do with staffing issues. Around 11pm, one of the staff members entered our room with a master card. When this was presented to the front desk, all we received was “internet was down” and the staff seemed to show no concern about our safety. I had an additional $100 security charge that was charged when I checked in. This is not mentioned in their add on your site. I was told it would be refunded in 2-3 business days, so I am watching my statement. Asked about an ice machine and the staff had no idea what we were asking about. There was no check out invoice provided due to “internet being down”. I was never offered to have an invoice mailed or even emailed to me. There was no continental breakfast served. All that provided for gusts was toast and coffee, I believe, and it was never offered to us at checkout or mentioned at check in, even though it is advertised on your site.

This property should not be operating. The hallways smelled horribly of mold, mildew, and goodness knows what else. The rooms themselves were even worse. Both my wife and I were thoroughly disgusted by the conditions of this building and no one should be staying there unless they do not care about their health. We were both congested and developed a cough which lasted for hours after only being in the hallway/room for 3 minutes. The desk staff simply suggested he would change our room and we absolutely refused. Going to a different local hotel late at night to check in was our only option but we are glad we did.
