We're from vegas where the hotels arent very clean.. this stay is always amazing. Its very quiet and friendly. Its my go to when i come in to see family

I am very happy to have stayed at the Holiday Inn Lansdale. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly; the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean; I felt safe on the property; and it's location is convenient and accessible. I was especially impressed with the refillable shampoo/conditioner/lotion/soap containers and other efforts to reduce waste. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay!

It was a good choice for a one night stay with family for Thanksgiving. Some of us chose the breakfast buffet. The waitress was great. I don’t remember her name but she was the only one working on 11/29/24. She was friendly, kind and courteous to all.
Only issue we had was that the bar was closed. We wanted to have drinks after we got back from dinner but had to opt for drinks from the Royal Market. I would recommend this hotel. Just bring your wines if it’s a holiday.

During check in, we were met with a very unpleasant front desk staff member. Our simple questions were answered with condescending attitude. She may have thought her tone was overly friendly and “customer service”, but in actuality was rude and disrespectful. The rooms were not clean. The beds were uncomfortable. And the bar offered minimal seating. We will not be staying at this hotel in the future. Convenient location to the turnpike.

Staff was friendly and kind. Coffee area was left a mess by customers. The one elevator from front desk at the bottom of the steps could pose a handicap accessible issue. Installing a ramp is my suggestion.

At check in we were charged $50 for incidentals. This was to be refunded at check out. When making the reservation it said breakfast included. After we had eaten an attendant came to tell us it would be charged to the room. $15 for a stale English muffin. When I check out a receipt was given for the breakfast but not the room. What happened to the other $20 of the $50 we had been charged? Will think twice about Holiday Inn next time. It is a sad reflection that every thing needs to be questioned and Holiday Inn can’t be trusted.
By the way.. the toilet didn’t flush either.

Other than freeway noise, this was an excellent place to stay.
The entire staff, from the desk clerk, restaurant, and cleaning crew, were professional and friendly. The facility itself was clean and seemed to be well maintained.

Property was fine. I gave it a 2 star because the cleaning crew starting working on the floors outside of my room at
7:15 am!!!!!!! That is unacceptable, I should have asked for a refund.

Property beginning to look run down . Bathroom door didn't close. Breakfast was no longer included with the room.

Checking in was easy and efficient. The bathroom had a shower and a whirlpool tub. They even provided full sized Dove shampoo conditioner, body wash and lotion. There was no room service but there was on site buffet breakfast and a bar that served some food.

The only real complaint I have is the room stunk of cigarette smoke. If the room is nonsmoking it shouldn’t smell of it. Disappointed in that.
