Check-in was difficult because the desk clerk's computer system was not telling her which rooms were clean and unoccupied. She was very gracious about it and did not get too rattled, but this system failure really left her in a bad spot. She ended up very kindly walking each guest to his/her room to make sure it was clean and vacant. Where was her manager, whom she tried to contact by phone? The room I had was very nice. It was a handicapped room with a huge walk-n shower in the bathroom. The room seemed newly renovated. I especially appreciated the many electrical outlets and USB ports. The hotel's Indoor pool was closed. No explanation was provided. The breakfast was merely adequate, nothing special. Only regular coffee was available in the breakfast area, no decaf. When I inquired at the front desk, the morning clerk simply said, "No, we don't have decaf." Who doesn't have decaf?? I made some decaf with the little pod and coffee maker in the room, but it was pretty bad!

I would never want anyone to stay at this property. The exits doors were left propped open at night. We checked in and immediately checked out after going to our room. The evidence of bedbugs was most definitely there. The pillows were stained brown. There was a young man passed out in the hallway with a beer next to him and pills spilt out around him. It was so unsafe. This place should not even be an option for people to book, it is that bad.

Bad experience I will never go back to this hotel. Has weird guests and bad services. Not clean . Smells bad. The elevator smells like a dirty public bathroom. Staff are not clean .

Yellow stains all over my bedsheets. Dirty shower and room smelled like cigarettes. When I asked for new bedding the front desk guy laughed and said they don’t have any. Terrible hotel

Large room close to shopping. Desperately needs updating. Screens torn, wasp nests in corners of windows, tiny bathrooms.

Not as clean as it should be. Pillow cases stained, no shower curtain, pool was down and not advertised.

I had dirty sheets with crumbs in it with big clump of hair in the middle of the bed. Maybe the forgot to clean the room

Staff was great, my room and hotel was clean, I have quiet at night and overall a good place to stay and great price!

It was ran down there was stains on the beds and sheets the wall paper is peeling in the bathroom holes in the walls the breakfast sucks pool wasn't operational to be honest the whole experience wasn't good at all

my crew had to go find another hotel because the Quality Inn was infested with Cockroaches

Upon entrying room, there is a musty moldy smell. I sat on my bed and the whole bed came undone, 2 flat sheets had been used to make bed and they did not go over mattress cover, the toilet sticks out so far, the door to bathroom is stuck behind toilet and you have to maneuver to get in shower. I would say you get what you pay for, but in this instsnce NO.

We chose it for it having a pool and the pool was so vary dirty you could not swim in it and cold even the pool room floor was dirt even were the towels were was dirty

My room was dirty, smelled like someone smoked in the room. There was hair in and around the tub and after asked to clean it twice, I had to clean it myself. Breakfast was limited, and the trash can are filthy and smelly. This was the worst hotel our team ever stayed in

Almost nothing for breakfast. Air conditioning in the room was not removing humidity so everything was sticky. Trash sitting in the hallway the entire stay.

I like it

Hotel management and cleaning staff clearly do not care about the condition of the property. We found half a lime in the refrigerator, stains on the bedding and mattress, a dead roach stuck in the bathroom fan, some random trash next to the bed, other dead bugs in the hall, door trim that was peeling away from the doors, carpets that have been snagged and were unravelling, etc, etc. This place is a dump-avoid it at all costs. We only stayed because it was the end of a long travel day and it was 2:00 AM. We didn't feel there were other options at that time. Breakfast was pancakes and nothing else. We did not complain at all to hotel management because the condition of the property made it clear that they didn't have a care in the world about the cleanliness of the hotel or the safety of their guests.

After seeing the room, I tried to get a different hotel. All were full. Rooms were dirty and smelled awful. Stains in carpet, dirty floors, pool and hot tub were gross. Bathroom was dirty and in poor condition. Shower curtain had stains. Stay somewhere else! I would not stay here if they offered a room for free.

Really nice and friendly staff very clean rooms. Extra self bed couldn't ask for a better place to stay when you're away from home.

No hot water when we checked in and desk clerk failed to mention that at check in.
