We have been coming to this hotel for many years but this time was a huge disappointment. Very minimalistic and lack of service. Barely no towels in the room, no foot mat, no coffee machine in all rooms we booked. Safe didn’t work and when I asked housekeeping for help they didn‘t speak the language and were unable to help. Calling the front desk nobody ever answered bit passing by they were not busy at all. Worst service was bar and breakfast service. It seemed we bothered their team being there, staff was unfriendly almost rude. This hotel used to be great but no longer

The hot springs are excellent, This was probably my tenth visit to the hotel. Breakfast is elegant, and there is very easy access to the spa.

Well maintained hotel in the forested area on a hillslope above the town. Internet was fast, breakfast was adequate, the room was clean and of a good size. Didn't have a chance to visit the thermal spa at the hotel, seems to be popular with guests.

Comfortable Bed, clean clean room with everything you need , hot showers . Full Breakfast to fill you up . Restaurant manager at night is beyond amazing . Really great mini vacation spot for the locals . I never experienced this hotel chain prior and now I’ll search them out .

Really lovely setting in trees and green pastures, only minutes away from Aalen. Hotel has a good restaurant, terrace seating as well as indoors - weather was perfect while we were there so we really enjoyed the location. Highly recommended.

Infested with wasps outside so had to eat inside on a beautiful evening , food was good, not cheap and quite small portions

I stayed in one of the better roms and even had a beautiful roof terrasse. Nice beds, good breakfast in the restaurant, plus really nice coffee in the bedroom from the ”private” coffee machine. Checked out early morning due to an early flight and received a wonderful breakfast bag from the reception staff. Very much appreciated.

The spa is very enjoyable. This was my tenth visit to the property.

We wondering-only retired persons - we are to young for that location.

We always come back to this hotel because we like the location. The spa is very nice. Also enjoy the breakfast that is included. Would be nice if there was air conditioning and a gym. Hotel was going through some rennovations but it didn't affect our stay.

All staffs are really nice and kind, room is very clearn, breakfast is wonderful, and view from windows are amazing!!

We've stayed several times in this hotel. It has been always good in winter or still cooler weather. In the summer it could be quite warm. Food is great! Beautiful baths and spa.

Stayed here many years ago, since then ownership changed. The hotel is very convenient located to the thermal pool and we enjoiyed our stay. Breakfast was also very good and had a great variety. Unfortunately, the age of the building is definitely showing in almost every corner you’ll notice water damage. One real big broblem were the stained bed sheets. Also a couple spider webs and countless bugs behind the curtains made our stay somewhat unpleasant.

Radiators in room were quite noisy. Good service I was able to borrow a mains adapter as I had left mine at home.

Very good hotel with excellent breakfast en good restaurant and a nice room.

My husband and I spent a relaxing weekend there. The hotel is currently under renovation which is well reflected in the pricing. We did not recognize any renovation noises, just the restaurant was moved to a conference room as an interim solution. We have been lend bathrobes and could walk directly from the hotel into the SPA (Limes Therme) featuring a pool with warm thermal water and a variety of saunas. Staff was very friendly. Our room was completely new, spacsous and perfectly clean. We have been offeres amenties like free of cost mineral water, tea, coffee, coffe machine, some sweets, free wifi and free parking.

Experience the natural and plenty of fresh air. Although is a distance from nearby town, bicycle available.

Stayed for 2 nights in late July. There is no air conditioning, but it was cool in the evening. Rooms are nice, but older; in need of renovation.

We had a good experience at this hotel...friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds & great location for us, as we had family in Aalen.

I chose this hotel because I was on business in Aalen, however I would recommend it for pleasure as well. With the thermal baths complex attached to the hotel it would be excellent for a spa break, holiday or business as the hotel has good conference facilities. The welcome at the front desk on arrival was efficient and friendly. All the staff I encountered spoke German and English. The rooms are a good size. I initially had one on the 3rd floor but had to move after a water leak. My room on the 4th floor was just as nice. One of the larger rooms I have stayed in. As I was there for a week it was nice to have space to walk around in and a reasonable desk to work at. The food and drink was reasonably priced for a hotel and the evening buffet was pretty good value, although it stops exactly at 2100. The Thermalbad is a 'must do'. there are four swimming pools, including one outside, all fed by natural spring water at 35 degrees. In addition there are various saunas and steam rooms, jacuzzis and treatments. Make sure you get your entry token from the hotel as hotel residents have a special entrance and reduced rates. The hotel is also good for exploring the area as there are walking and cycling trails right by the front door. In winter there is also a ski lift. Although the hotel is a little outside Aalen, I would definitely recommend it and will stay there again. The rooms at the front have glorious views over the town, and the hills and forests beyond.
