Clean and well laid out, but the building looked "tired" in some areas, and needed an update. Doors to the rooms were chipped and missing large pieces of lamenate at the bottom. The hallway carpeting was looking a little worn as well.

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with noisy guest’s outside my room door. The quickly resolved the issue.

Pleasant, professional staff at reception. Hotel was conveniently located to the hospital. Room was clean but decor was somewhat 'tired'. Appreciated that breakfast was included but offerings were only okay. Lots of free parking.

Awful parking lot, potholes and bumps everywhere. Got my car dinged and mirror scratched the first night , not the hotels fault obviously but the people staying there clearly don’t care. Guests and workers smoking right at the hotel doors, gross. No elevator fyi.

Super nice person at the check in. Very nice person on the check out the next day. Very polite and positive staff. Although the premises look a little dated, I would stay here again.

We found the front desk clerk to not be very friendly to the point we almost thought she was rude. Sorry I didn't get her name. At check out she didn't ask how our stay was or offer a receipt. I had to ask her to email it to me. We also found the carpets to be dirty.

Room a bit on the old tired side. Decor refresh needed, get rid of the carpet, more assessable plug in for modern day electronics, musty smelling ? AC filter needing changed. Staff helpful and accommodating. Toiletries provided and very small… need to ask for more, some are available the check in desk, they will not bring them to your room.

Poor quality paper products, curtains didn’t block light, horrendous perfume smell of room, tasteless breakfast. Thought I was in a lower class chain, not up to Ramada standards

I was able to book a dog-friendly room last minute when my current accomodations didn't work out. The staff were all very helpful, professional, and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will book here first whenever I visit Cornwall again!

They put us in a room at the very far end of the second floor without mentioning there is no elevator.
The hotel reeked of chlorine and pot. The shower was difficult to operate and there is no safe in the room. Ice available only on main floor.

We found this Ramada to be very inviting. Our room was spacious and looked over a grassy area in the middle of two wings of the building. I think all of the rooms were on the main floor. We stayed in a King deluxe room which had a sofa, desk area and microwave and fridge. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the place was quiet. The hot breakfast was adequate. There was a Keurig pod machine in the room but a large pot in the lobby that was good coffee,. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had literally no complaints about this place.

When driving up to the motel we were not impressed. When I think Ramada I think beautiful building. Glad that the insiside was better. Would probably go back

One of the better Ramadas I have seen. They even sell cold beer and wine at the front desk. Breakfast was very good with the best quality bacon I have seen for the complementary meal.

Only thing was it was quite a ways down at the turnoff. So my friend was complaining about it and I hadn’t known it.

Lovely stop off with huge pool for lots of family fun.
