Just a one night stay. Friendly staff. The shower rod needs to be repaired. (Rm 118) But otherwise, no complaints.

Problems with 3 different key cards .First room lock did not operate. Other card did not work twice. 4 trips to desk.. room had body odor. Toilet did not flush well ..I fixed water inlet tube into tank valve.Breakfast was poor .Waffles, cereal,yogurt ,old oranges ,no fruit next day.coffee out all at 9am. Elevators out 2nd day ! Archaic other elderly customer called It ! Pool area needs work.. No towels 2days in a row. Had to get from front desk. Front 2 sets of entry doors open all the time wasting energy and insects in at front desk ! Needs more than 1 employee ! Room was clean . Maid did not check to see if needed anything 2nd day.even though across hall cleaning other room. Had very small bottle of shampoo and other was lotion ! Not conditioner ! Toilet was main issue with room ! Took forever to fill up and flushing was almost like not good at all. Probably alot of overflowed toilets ! Anyway room was clean and beds good...You pay for what you get ,recommend other place to stay as there are alot around Lexington Nc....

Staff was very pleasant and seemed to really try to make the best of what obvious little they had to work with. Rooms were okay. Carpets could use a cleaning. Our a/c seemed to push more cold humidity into the room.

Smell

MOLD THROUGH OUT THE ROOM. The floors were so sticky I had to keep my shoes on to walk. Linens were stained. I have pictures I would be happy to provide. Horrible!!!

Staff were very nice and pool looked clean. Our door was difficult to unlock and the key had to be recoded twice (even though it was never kept near electronics.) The back door wouldn’t latch properly even though there was a sign warning about a bear sighting in the area and to keep it latched.

It's what you can expect for the price: an old musty smelling hotel. Had difficulty turning on lights and tv. In the morning the elevator had strong odor of urine. My wife reported this and was met with disinterest. Breakfast was more pitiful than expected. Will avoid quality inns at all costs in future. Not worth it.

Only thing wrong was at the continental breakfast, no fruit, no bread or bagels, yet there was peanut butter and jelly, no eggs or bacon , in general very lacking for a continental breakfast. Also only two cereals, but the location was convenient. Unfortunately they only had vending machines with over priced water/sodas. However the night staff was courteous and friendly.

Toilet handle was broken. Room was a little smelly. Floor was dirty. Had to go to second room. First room door was broken.

Flush not working in one room coffee machine and phone broken in another .Front desk has no answer what to except acknowledge the issue and doing nothing about it.Terrible property condition with stinking unhygienic carpets

We needed a pet friendly room for our cat and there was one available for only a nominal $15 extra fee

The staff here were so nice! I have really been through a lot after having my daughter trafficked and have been traveling while being harassed by the traffickers. Some hotels were involved but I know for sure that the people here were not. If you would like to see my story. I am on TikTok @amymheil I am just trying to make awareness of this horrible thing that is happening to our kids.

Room had fleas or something like that we all woke up with bites all I we our ankles and legs. Room smelled of smoke and the tv didn’t work.

There was somebody in the room when we arrived at 10 pm. We called ahead to verify our room would be ready and were told it was. The fact that there was either a squatter in the room or a computer gliche that told them the room was available and clean came as a surprise to desk staff. To their credit, they cared and worked hard to fix things, but initially told us they had no more rooms. This would have left us without a room for the night. Ultimately after about 40 min back and forth they 'found' a comparable room and got us in it. This was likely some kind of reservation error or overstay by a previous guest, but it impacted us adversely when all we wanted to do was get to sleep.

Nice place to lay down for the night, but overall it's a stopover on the way to a destination kind of place. Nothing in the immediate area other than 2 other hotels and a store, but it is close to the interstate. The breakfast was almost non-existent some cereal, juice, coffee, and a waffle maker, and a few pieces of fruit. The staff was great, and very helpful and friendly. I would stay again if just traveling through, but not for a couple of nights like last time.

The only change I'd make is a better breakfast selection. Only had waffle-maker, yogurt cups, dry cereal. Eggs and/or toast/muffins/bagels would have been nice...

Dirty! Old and needs update! Breakfast is terrible, no fresh fruit and only yogurt or waffles! Not accommodating for those on any different nutritional needs. Coffee area dirty too. Staff not interested in the fact it’s old and rooms are DIRTY!

I liked the convenience of the location, it wasn't right near restaurants/busy congestion but there were several other hotels nearby. I liked the staff, who recommended a great restaurant for dinner and the pool was great. Our room had paint peeling off the wall and it was definitely dusty/dirty under a bench and behind the room's chair. Bathroom was clean and the beds were cozy!

We had a first floor room which was very quiet and convenient for letting our dog out.

Stopped here because we just needed a place to spend the night during a long trip with the kids. Chose this because it had an indoor pool. The pool was pretty clean, however the entire downstairs area smells of mold and mildew. Our room on the ground floor smelled so gross that we left without staying the night and just decided to drive through until morning while the kids slept in the car.
