Terrible hotel and falling apart.

The room was clean and quiet. No complaints. The staff was kind.

It was clean inside and out, but was missing towels, one roll of TP and the DO NOT DISTURB sign. I retrieved them from the front desk.

Service was pleasant. Property is old. Not intended to be a destination location. Definitley served its purpose and having a pool was a nice surprise for the price. However the room had an odor for a non smoking room like it was once a smoking room. And there were fruit flies in the bathroom sink... which was off putting

It sucked and so do you. I AM disabled.it was not ADA compliant. I AM FILING AN ADA COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM AND YOU BECAUSE YOU WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

We didn't stay, the place was horrible. Dirty, holes in ceiling. Most important was they put my wheelchair sister on the second story wit no elevator and when we told them we COULDNT stay, refused to refund her money. We are calling whoever enforces the ADA.

Right off the bat first thing you notice is the pillar when you drive in and it looks like it was crashed into. But that wasn't that bad conpared to the rest. The price we paid was wsy too high for the condition of this place. It stunk in the lobby and hallway....room was thankfully not bad. The only offered 2 pillows which were extremely flat and when they handed me our second one (it was in the wash) it was disgusting.....extremely stained.....thank goodness for pillow cases. When i asked for another pillow they said they did not have extra! Towels were a joke. One shower towel was normal but was ripped and the other was so dinky and thin it was pointless. If something was broke i noticed it was fixed with tape. One of lamps and the mini fridge were taped up lol. The floors didn't even feel cleaned. The only good thing about this was that the bed was decent. But we won't be staying here again.

It was okay . Tv didn’t work

Very welcoming staff person. But odd her family was across the hall and around. There is a pool. Across the street from McMennamins so convenient to concert staying. Lots of HBO channels. Lots of fast food around it. Cleaning smell through the hallways. Ripped up chair in the room. Only 2 pillows.

Great Property!

Not nearly as bad as some of the reviews would make you think. For being the cheapest option in town I could find on short notice, you could definitely do much worse.

Front desk staff not very friendly or welcoming. The room was clean. The towels are very thin and small. Bathroom sink was missing a stopper, almost lost something down the drain. No iron or ironing board in the room or on the premises. Hottub was not working. Staff said it hasn't worked in 4 years.

The employees were nowhere to be found when i arrived. After waiting 20 minutes for someone we called the number to no answer. Walked around the entire hotel calling out for someone. When he did eventually show up he was extremely rude. Using F**K every other word. Then tried to deny me based on havung my service dog. Told me he didnt care if it was against ADA regulations multiple times.Mind you this was a non refundable pre-paid While he did relient and allow us to stay. He was not very nice about it at all

Needs to be more then 2 towels in a double queen room that sleeps 4. Front desk was very unfriendly didn't great us when we came in execpt check in ignored us every other time eas to worried about talking about their personal lives with each other. When we asked where to get pool towels they told us to go back to our room and get one which there was only 2 towels in and there was 3 of us there so still needed more towels so when we had to go back down to get more towels they got attitude about it

The staff was good and the room was quietvand clean. Good value for the price.

Inexpensive

1st room, the A/C was not working properly. The refrigerator was frozen & inop.. Room was on the 2nd floor, NO elevator Ice machine was broken/inop. I have heart disease and bad knees, so 2nd floor w/o elevator was a real hardship! Desk clerk gave me another room on the first floor. AFTER I HAD ALREADY PACKED MY GEAR UP THE STAIRS. No onsite dining. No wake up call, perhaps phone inop. What did you not like - DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY!

When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful! She took care of us and answered our questions about the area.

Convenient walking from McMenamins. Loved that it had a mini fridge with a good freezer and microwave. The shower had a great water pressure. The AC worked superbly. The room was average, had some damage in places (ie sink and bathroom).

I was having surgery and used this hotel to come back too. There was paint literally peeling off.the ceiling in the bathroom. I needed ice for swelling and.the ice machine had been broke for weeks they said. Don't waste your money here

Great for a one night stay after a concert at the Grand Lodge! Easy walk to venue.

Not going to give a good review because I clicked on the wrong button and tried to cancel right away and you guys would not give money back! What a scam! Will never book through you again! I didnt even stay because it was the wrong date! Enjoy free money you got off me!

The website clearly states that breakfast is included. It is NOT. There were used band-aids around the pool and deck. The hot tub was out of order. Our room had unmade beds and used fast food all around when we arrived.

I love it it was comfortable and the desk ladies were really nice and they stayed to themselves

Cleanliness was below average -- particularly carpet,. phone, and windows. Carpet is particular really needs attention. Didn't want to walk barefoot or do my exercises on the floor. And when I picked up the phone to call the front desk I actually cleaned it myself as it was so gross. Also opening the window for fresh air realized they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while.

There wasn’t anybody at front desk. I had to locate them in there room, When the lady came out she went behind the desk and the man came out and laid on the lobby couch. Very unprofessional. there were huge rectangular holes in the lobby ceiling, it stunk so bad it took our breath away, there was no lock or screen on our second floor room, the air conditioner didn’t work properly, they couldn’t get the tv to work, the workers kids were running all over the property, there was no lock on the bathroom, the coffee pot and everything else was dirty. I came down and told another girl I was. Ot happy a that I would like a refund. She was rude and tried to argue with me. She went and got the original lady and Needless to say we got a refund and went to best western. All of which was a huge hassle. We no missed our reservations and we were up there to take our kids to Shriners. I will never book another hotel through you again as the quality of your properties are disgusting and should be closed down.

Hotel is a little run down

This was a good fit for us on our trip. Though our bubbles got a little out of hand, we enjoyed the giant tub in the room!

There were ants all over the beds, night stand, counters. The room had black mold in multiple areas, the sheets and bedding were not washed (found sticky and crumbs in bed, that the ants were eating) the remote was so sticky u couldnt press a button, the toilet seat was cracked-when you sat on it, it pinched your butt. We had no wash cloths and only 2 towels (when there were 4 of us) the noise was so bad we did not sleep at all. All around a horrible experience, i do not recommend.
