The first room that I had had a problem with the AC unit, however, the staff was very polite and switch rooms with us, which worked out real good. Very good service very good staff.

Very quick stay over, got in late with an early flight the next morning. Laron helped us check in and I can honestly say I’ve never had such friendly service in my entire life. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Had everything you would need. Would definitely recommend.

Room was small with little room to move around.

Went to Columbia for a concert. Thai Restaurant nearby was outstanding. Downtown Columbia was clean and vibrant. Hotel we stayed in was near a very busy road and was a bit noisy

First room that was assigned to us the bathroom was not cleaned and urine in the toilet and on the seat.

Our two-night stay was very nice. Everyone was very pleasant to speak with, especially Leron at the front desk who checked us in. I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel appeared fairly clean unlike my last stay a couple years ago at a Hampton Inn. My only complaint for cleanliness was outside in the parking lot. There were liquor bottles throughout the parking lot curbsides. I liked that there were shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles attached to the shower wall, but they were definitely placed on the wrong wall. They were centered to the tub on the long wall. Since this is an older hotel, the tub showers are very very small, and I kept bumping into the bottles. In my opinion, the bottles should have either been placed on the wall under the shower head or the wall opposite the shower head. Also, the tile floor did not meet the molding edge on the wall that gave the appearance that the floor was not finished and was dirty. Other than that, everything was great to include the breakfast. My family plans to stay here again in the near future.

It needs maintenance done with the AC and common areas looking outdated. Also, the smell throughout was similar to a daycare or elementary school smell.

Very kind and happy staff. Baby roach spotted in my hotel room's microwave. And then a few more roaches spotted crawling on walls and around the fridge. All in a 2 night stay. Disgusting. Also, a lot of various colored and various sized strands of hair all in the sheets. No excuse for this.

Customer Service is excellent. Divya checked us in, gave us restaurant information and even walked outside to make sure our truck and trailer were parked in a good area. Rooms really nice and cleaned. We highly recommend staying here.

I will start by saying that every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful and had a smile on their face. The room we had was very small. The space between the tv stand/fridge console and the beds was not wide enough for two people to walk past each other. The room was pretty dirty. Behind the previously mentioned tv stand/console was very dusty and had empty water bottles and other trash stuck back there. The corners of the base boards all had damp dust stuck to it and the bathroom light fixture had black water stains that looked like dried on drips from the shower. There is more I could say, but it doesn't matter much. The sheets were clean, as far as I could tell, so that was good.

The floor in the room and the overall bathroom were not as clean as they should have been. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and flaking off. Also the fabric chairs in the lobby area were stained and appeared dirty. No outdoor seating. Breakfast was good.

Nice basic hotel very clean great beds. Very small bathrooms and tight rooms. Staff was great.

This property is conveniently located, the staff is friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable. There are several dining options within an easy walk and the breakfast area was well stocked and clean.

It had everything we needed for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and our room was very clean and secure. The room was small but that was fine for us. The linens were nice and soft. That’s a deal breaker for me. We were in town for a concert and I the rates were much better than anything I could find right downtown. It was a quick and easy drive to the stadium.
