The room was small, dark, out dated, and not clean. I walk for the bed to take a shower and notice all the black dirt on the shower floor. Also one bed serveral stains one the sheets and blankets. Besides the cleanliness, i would expect some of this at a lower priced hotel but this was 160 a night. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, good temperature control, and everything was in good workable condition!!!

We arrived at night after driving all day to find out the manager had canceled our reservation earlier that day because they were overbooked. Didn't bother to let us know. Desk person said the manager had called a nearby Comfort Inn and there was a room waiting for us there. So we went there to find out no such call was received, they had no rooms, and don't allow dogs - our reason for being in Indy in the first place. By this time it's nearly midnight. We were very fortunate to find a better room at a far nicer - dare I say luxury - hotel for less money due to it being so late and last minute. No more Hampton for us!

Have stayed at this hotel for 10+ years a couple times a year for business. Folks are super nice. Hotel a bit dated. A few stains in room. Renovations needed compared to similar hotels at price range. Great location.

Nice clean room and property. Right off the interstate and close to downtown. Hampton Inn is one of our favorite hotels wherever we travel.

Great for a one night stay when you have been traveling for several hours

This property was very clean but I feel it could use a facelift, especially in the lobby and in the bathrooms. But 5 stars on the cleanliness!

Very nice room. Exactly what we needed for our 1 night stay.

The beds were hard, the room smelled musty, the elevators weren’t working and the breakfast wasn’t very good. For $200 a night, I expected a little more than that.

Our room was right next to the office, and we arrived late at night (around midnight). We were exhausted from the drive and when we got into the room, there was a 3/4 inch roach crawling across the bathroom floor. My boyfriend flushed it and we moved all of our bags onto the luggage racks to make sure we wouldn’t have further issues. The bed toward the window squeaked so loudly every time we moved that it woke us up, so we moved to the other bed. Sheets were scratchy and pillows were lumpy. I’ve bought pillows from the Hampton website before, and these were definitely not up to standards. Staff was friendly, and breakfast was on par with most Hampton Inns. I’m loyal to Hampton Inns because they’re always clean, but this location fell well below the mark. I’m okay with paying more for Hamptons based on the service and cleanliness that is the norm, but this was a let down and not a good value for the $180 spent.

Sorry I did t take any pictures but believe me the room was nice and clean but our heat wasn’t working the room was nice and warm when I arrive but couldn’t get it to kick back on

Staff were nice and friendly. Room was big, clean and ready to be used, with nice wood-work - looked like new furnitures. Breakfast was simple and small, but filling. Kitchen staff and manager were the best features for breakfast as they greeted everyone and came back to check, and took our trash away. They even said goodbye to everyone afterwards!!

Everything was nice. No issues with service or the room. Did need assistance regarding a lost itemsnd was told to call back the next day.

Great price, quiet, 12 pm checkout.
