Hotel is in good position if travelling and using motorway, ideal for one night. Not many places to eat or drink near it but the food deal is excellent value for 3 course meal, the food was lovely. On the downside no milk served with coffee and took several
minutes to locate a staff member, we were offered fresh warm coffees in replacement, no remote control for the tv in room, reception gave us a new one, we had a room with bath/shower but the soap dispensers are so high up the wall if your having a bath you can’t reach them.

This location charges for parking it was not mentioned during booking. Checking is complex and requires a lot of personal information... it was easier to go through UK Border control. I will certainly be keeping these issues in mind the next time I am booking travel accommodation

Fantastic staff on reception who were super friendly and helpful. Hotel was well maintained and very clean. Room was comfortable and perfect for my one night stay. Very quiet and a good location with a cinema, Five Guys and Costa all within walking distance.

Liked that I know what to expect from any Holiday Inn rooms and amenities etc.
Disliked that I had multiple emails about booking/check ins/dining/ car park payment etc and nothing about the security deposit that we’re expected to provide a physical card for. I did not have any cards on me as they could not accept contactless/phone/apple pay so we almost had to sleep in the car after having paid in full the night’s stay.
Feels the hotel is putting money making first than the customers. Felt really uncomfortable the whole stay and just a bad feeling with how its being run.

Arrived expecting a double bed and given a single with no option to change. Wifi didn’t work and the shampoo was empty.

Excellent service, from Reception, dining room staff, bar staff, and cleaners. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, everything was hot and freshly cooked, and nothing had been forgotten. Our lunch was excellent too. The bedrooms were very clean and neat, as was the entire hotel. In spite of being surrounded by very busy roads, we couldn't hear the traffic at all, and the Hotel is easy to reach from the M40. We would recommend a stay there any time!

Check in was easy and straight forward, thought the charge of £6 per night for the car park was an unnecessary add on, and should be included in the room rate. Restaurant and bar prices were expensive and the room was too small and cramped for two people. Had to shuffle past each other to get to the bathroom. Unlikely to stay there again. The breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent and very friendly..

I found the hotel to be situated in a fantastic location near the M40, with easy access to High Wycombe and rail links to London and Oxford. There is plenty of parking on site, which is £6 for 24hrs.
The staff here are so welcoming and I was warmly greeted upon arrival.
I stayed in a Deluxe Room on the ground floor and it had everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable nights sleep.
There is a welcoming bar area, restaurant and room service available for an evening of relaxing over a few drinks and some food.
The buffet breakfast is also very good and items are regularly replenished and the staff do a fantastic job here looking after the guests.
Check Out was personable, easy, and friendly!
I look forward to staying again when next in the area.
