Property was old and rundown. Bed was aweful. Air conditioning was not great in such a hot area. Curtains were missing hooks so hung open. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. Side door leading outside was not locked. I discovered that when my key did not do anything when i placed in the slot. My husband said he walked right in. I felt insecure going in that door alone. For the price we paid we expected a few steps above.

Nice property, but a little update needed.

No upcharge for added people in room last minute at check-in and she upgraded us as well. Had a great room with a view of the pool. Pool was open till 11. Great breakfast.

Beautiful property and there were plenty of stores and dining options available.

Pool was filthy, water was green and dirty. Room smelled a little funny and they don’t have free breakfast anymore.

The pool was a foggy green with a yellow tint and could not past the first step of the pool stairs. the hallway to the room was hot and they had a potable a/c unit by a window. The rooms bathroom door nob was coming apart. The wallpaper was starting to peel at the joint. They need some updates photos. Since I came for the pool I did not stay and left

The pool is shaded, but it appears that it hasn't been cleaned in a while. The front desk staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms because our sheets had dried blood stains and brown marks, as if someone had smeared their fingers on them. I called the front desk and requested a change of sheets and covers, but they said they didn't have any available. Instead, they had us change rooms, which required us to pack up everything and move just as we were ready for bed.

The staff here is always friendly and the kids love the large pool.

Doesn't seem like it'll be great when you drive up but it was so nice. Ac works fabulously, employees, especially Crystal, were all so personable. Thank you!

The hotel was nice for what we desired. It could be a bit more modern, and some facilities did not work as advertised such as the hot tub jets and the sauna room, but overall our room was nice and comfortable. Air conditioning was excellent!

I did NOT like the fact that I had to go 7 times to get my Key Card Reinstated. I kept having issues with my key card not wanting to open my room door.

Not as advertised!! There is NO restaurant & NO bar. The "Free Breakfast" is a granola bar & coffee in the lobby. And wifi is so bad that we couldn't even connect through any of our devices in our room. Had to go to front desk multiple times because keys constantly stopped working. When I requested Kleenex for our room, they had none & offered me toilet paper! We will never be coming back!!

Not much of a reviewer but allow me to share. Not meant to be cruel but an honest review for Management. Below average hotel at best. Dated hotel needs some TLC, at minimum needs daily maintenance. Lighting is poor, particularly the hotel has one small elevator for guests and staff. Hotel floor corridors leading to rooms do not have central AC but a small window unit ACs poorly trying to cool long hallways losing the battling to the heat magnifying the dust, dirt, dander and whatever else trapped on the smelly carpet and smoking/vaping coming from guest rooms looked in the unaired uncirculated hallway. Pet friendly (aware or not) not compatible with the already old and smelly carpet throughout the hotel, chipped paint, peeling wallpaper, bird poop on balcony, dirty pool and pool furniture. Recommend to skip this hotel, there are other surrounding hotels of equal or lesser price with better accommodations & amenities in Yuma.

We got this motel specifically because of its hot tub. When we got there, we found it was not working. Our friend is physically disabled and needed it so this was distressing. It’s impossible to get any kind of refund from Hotels.com so we had to stay. The clerk at the front desk was wonderful, and stayed calm and professional with us. This is not the first time we have arrived at a Hotels.com advertised location where the hot tub and or pool we’re not working. It would be prudent for you to be up-to-date on things, or agree in advance if it is found to be not working The cost of the room can be refunded. There were four of us in the room with one washcloth, two towels, and very little soap. And all in all disappointing stay.

It's not well maintained. Sink stopper did not work. The TV had snow throughout the screne. Two rolls of toilet paper holder in the wall. No kleenex provided. I could go on but you get the message.

Check in was easy however I called to let them know I’d be late and asked how late the hot tub was open until and they told me a time and we get there and they were like yeah no it’s broken why couldn’t you tell us that instead of us rushing to make it. Wall paper peeling all over the room very old and not worth the money. Best part was the AC was amazing a little loud but kept the room at 60 all night long

This property was a mess they show a pic of pool it was dirty and jacuzzi didn’t work. Staff is rude cigarette butts all over the pool area just plain filthy do not stay here.

Overall it was a great stay. Maria at the front desk was so accommodating and friendly.

Bed was hard as rock, noisy AC unit, no Kleenex in dispenser. Toilet was very low to floor.

The hotel could use an overall upgrade a coat of fresh paint could go a long way. The outside doors that should be secure by keycard were open and accessible to the public. I did advise the front desk clerk around 4:00 pm and she called maintenance at that time but the doors were still accessible the next day and had not been fixed. Safety is an issue that can easily be remedied. Staff is friendly and helpful.

STAFF was EXCELLENT. The facility was nice. Needs some updating carpets and AC Landscaping needed attention. Pool was cloudy, filter may need attention and upgrade to keep up.

Dirty floor, carpet. Dirty, dusty balcony and outdoor chair set. Broken screen door. Broken hot tub spa. Dirty pool. Staff did not seem to know about any of these problems, and did not seem to care about the facility and their job. We stayed here several times in the past, but this time was subpar. Very disappointing.

We had two rooms and requested adjoining but were told they didn’t have any such rooms when in fact they did. Two adults and two kids in each in one room the microwave, phone and ac didn’t work and only one hand two hand towels and one face towel were stocked on arrival and a loaded gun magazine was found in the room. In the other room the beds did not appear clean and only two towels were stocked there was no guest service number to call on the phone had to go down to lobby to ask for anything. Pool didn’t have working lights to swim after sundown. Would not recommend to anyone especially for the price you pay!
