The rooms were clean and had great amenities. The bed was comfortable. Dining locations and Starbucks were nearby, and there was quick access to the freeway.

We just needed a place to rest for the night and continue on our trip. Was pleasantly surprised, the property is kept up well and rooms clean and pretty updated also, bed was descent.

This is not a good hotel for anyone with a physical disability unless they can get a room on the first floor. There is no elevator available for guests. For this reason, we would not opt to stay here again. There is only ice on the first floor. Our remote control for the TV did not work. It took several visits to the front desk before we got the issue resolved.

We stayed one night, in a 3 bed, non-smoking room. The room was clean and we were happy with it. I gave 4 stars for comfort cause I think more pillows are needed (they're so small lol). We had our little dog with us and we were put in a room on the 1st floor and close to a door to go outside so that was great.
The website had a spot where it stated there was a "dog run" by the pool...there is no dog run, its just a patch of sand/dirt lol. But we weren't upset by it, it was just something that was put online when it shouldnt have been, but no biggie.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Maybe a better selection for breakfast the orange juice tasted old and the coffee was so watery it had no taste maybe provide some toast or danishes having only pancakes daily gets unappealing and I was there for a week

When we got settled into our room I had to change my childs diaper which lead me to remove the bag from the trash can to easily dispose of the diaper. To my surprise I found so much dirt and trash under and around the trash can, it seemed like they only cleaned what was physically visible but nothing else. Decided not to let my kids use the bath and not to crawl around the room because I was concerned with the dirtiness.

Decent place. Excellent Mexican place next door for dinner. Room was clean. Only issue was the need for a mat in the shower. Bottom of tub/shower was VERY slippery and there were no grab rails.

Staff is very friendly and inviting, pool and spa need resurfacing, but temps were perfect. Cute dog run in-between pool and spa, both gated separate. Will book again.

After paying for extra night, housekeeping was not notified and lady came and open door on my husband and i, during intercourse.... i was so disgusted... i threw up... i complained to front desk and he made.lady apologies....
Clearly if was not her fault, and he never accepted or apologized for not doing his job properly.
