Amazing room and employees. The jetted tub wand breakfast were wonderful. My son enjoyed the pool, and the front desk staff was excellent. We enjoyed our time very much.

Additional staff needed for the weekend. When you have a full house and only only one person at the desk, hmmm.

This Best Western is very nice. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. We stayed in two rooms due to the length of the trip amd both were spacious and comfortable.
The staff is exceedingly friendly. We want to specifically mention Alan. He went out of his way to make sure everybody felt welcomed and informed. He worked especially hard for our family to make sure the rooms worked out. He is definitely Captain Awesome. Thank you so much, Alan.

I loved The smell of fresh baked goods and cinnamon when I walked in! I loved their pool and hot tub and the fact that it was open until 11 and my most favorite was their breakfast!!! Anytime I am in this area. This is the hotel I’m staying at!!!

The staff was all VERY helpful and nice. The breakfast was very good and the service during breakfast was better than I’ve seen. The pool area was well kept and again, the person ensuring there was enough towels was on it. Just overall a great place to stay.

First impression was good. Though when we got to our room, it was horrible. Understand that we were in bottom floor, but we could hear everything!!!(ie: toilets flush, running water from upper floors, people next door to us). A/C did not work from the get go. They did make that right and moved us to a new room, but same floor. There was quite a few projects that were very poorly done or not completed that made the place look pretty trashy. Pool and hot tub were pretty small, even for hotel standards. Also a lot of people were pretty shady. Felt like there was drug deals going on all the time.
On a bit more positive side, the beds were about a 7 /10 on comfort. Did have a microwave and decent sized fridge. Morning buffet was pretty good also.

The entrance and foryer area is very inviting and welcoming. The staff was prompt to attend to us. The ammenties were amazing both in the room and in the foyer area. When in the area or considering a place to stay again, a Best Western will be on the top of my list.

We spent one night here in order to see the Civil War Reenactment in nearby Lebanon. Our room was clean and quiet. There was an indoor pool and hot tub. They were clean and temperature appropriate. Breakfast included a number of choices including bacon, eggs and potatoes plus make your own waffles. We would stay here again.

No Hot Water! Couldn't use the jetted tub or shower. The Keurig coffee pot was broken too. It wouldn't heat up at all. It just kept turning off.

Neither the telephone nor the TV worked. I had someone come to my room three times and they never fix the TV and they never fix the phone. I called the front desk from my own cell phone. I finally went to bed having to unplug the TV as it would not turn off. Upon check out, the clerk told me they weren’t supposed to have rented out that room. However, they not only rented it out, they charge me full price for it for two nights.
