Heard a lot rattling noise the bed was to soft

The restaurant situation was unacceptable. Room service arrived with plastic cutlery and there was no housekeeping services. That is fine for a Days Inn but not a hotel that cost you 900 dollars for two nights!

I was going to check in late and called to let the front desk know so they didn't assume I was a no show and it took be over an hour to get someone. I kept being sent to a voice mail that you couldn't leave a message. I finally hit reservations where a lovely employee willing to book me another room told me all I have to do was call the same numeber and do what I did 3 other times and someone would pick up. I explained that didn't happen and could she possibly reach the front desk for me. Happy to report you was able to connect me to the front desk and I did let them know of my arrive time. when my party of 3 guests arrive to check into the hotel one of them did not get the room I paid more for so what is the point of requesting a specific room if they will just give you want they want to?

My experience here was not great. I was moved twice and also the renovations were not completely done. We couldn’t open up the shower door.

Construction in the facility caused noise. There were two instances of short notice ( morning of ) where the water was shut off. The lack of communication of the work scheduled was also negative. Had i known prior i would have booked somewhere else.

Great experience

It was difficult to find the parking lot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A/C units were old and terribly noisy. Every time it kicked on it woke you out of a sound sleep and was loud while it ran. We could not utilize the airport transportation due to an early flight. This was the main reason for staying at this hotel.

This is my “go to” hotel when staying in the area. While the renovation are a slight inconvenience it was the noise and smell of smoke from a near by room that made my stay unpleasant.

I love it. No complaint.

Front desk agent upon our arrival was very helpful. Hotel’s location is very close to many amenities and HPN airport as well.

Parking inconvenient, 4 hours pool open daily is ridiculous, smells bad, noisy construction, water turned off. Staff helpful but limited.

Finding the entrance due to renovations not so great. Complimentary hot cups missing in room. AC thermostat set at 64 degrees and could not be changed. Had to be turned off to regulate the temperature. Service was friendly, room was clean.

Across from Westchester mall. Quiet area. Airport shuttle could not be pre-scheduled and not available upon request. Did not know it was being remodeled and dining options were limit. We were given a quiet room.

Nice hotel to stay

Location was excellent. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Safe area. Accommodating staff. It would have been better if the pool was bigger. Overall, we had a wonderful 3-night stay!

Positives: Everything in the room! 1. Awesome room! Clean and the Air conditioning is amazing! 2. The valet attendant was very nice, did not yell at you for double parking, and was accommodating. (Bald with go-tee) Negatives: Everything outside of the room. 1. They charge you $20 to park in their garage… they do not validate! 2. They are under construction so there are long lines to check in, the continental breakfast is in a hallway, and the bar/restaurant is in a conference room… it’s really awkward. 3. The continental breakfast is not free. They don’t even give free coffee. Not accommodating at all. 4. I worked with 2 front desk people. One was a young girl who seemed like she didn’t want to be there and ignored my question. The other was a really polite man who didn’t speak English well and didn’t understand my question.

I would recommend the hotel purely on location, as it is very close to downtown White Plains and the train station. However, be careful to avoid adjoining rooms. The walls and doors are so thin that we heard everything happening next door (and I mean everything)...we had restless nights listening to our neighbors have normal volume conversations and watching what felt like a respectful TV volume, but the walls are so thin that it felt like they were in the room with us. Also, the AC units were old and inefficient - the loud noise turning on woke most of our party, and the humidity in the room was so high that the towels wouldn't dry. Which, by the way, we had asked ot be refreshed each of the three nights we stayed, and which never happened. Also, check the price before you get the breakfast - a buffet cost our family of four $100 with tip. Staff was very friendly and the location is great, but not if you're looking for rest at the end of a long day.
