Great room. Pretty quiet except for the occasional train.

Clean room upon arrival. Ms. Shannon was the best and her customer service was impeccable. During our week long stay, our room was never cleaned. we had to request towels daily. The do not disturb placard was not listed on the outside of the door.

The hotel is very clean and nice. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was fine but it would be nice if there was flavored coffee creamer and some selection of different tea.

The Guy checking people in was great. Helped the people in front of us that acted like they were never in a hotel before. answered all their questions very professionally and was quick considering.

Good experience overall, good service, nice room, good breakfast. Only issue would be a bit of a damp smell in the room which might have been mitigated by a functional bathroom fan.

The hotel needs a bit of polish to really sparkle. Its an older facility and could use some fresh paint. Shannon the front desk clerk was lovely. She was really friendly and very helpful when I had some questions. I have stayed in 4 different places, in 4 different states in the last month. Shannon by far was the most engaging employee I met. Customer service is everything and helps make a woman traveling alone feel safe.

Very clean, close to numerous dining options, quiet (despite my room being next to the elevator), great breakfast. The parking lot is relatively small and the parking spaces are VERY narrow. The young man who checked me in could be a little more outgoing and friendly.

See facility improvement and new upgrades in room. Furniture though seemed outdated. Breakfast options were good. The main lobby was designed well but the style was not reflected in the room. Staff were courteous and breakfast attendant kept food and area clean.

The Hotel was quick and easy to find, just off of the interstate. When I arrived, the desk clerk was friendly and he got me checked in quickly. L. Ehen I arrived in my room, it was nice, clean and inviting.

We stayed a Friday-Tuesday so 4 nights , in that 4 nights 5 days not once did they come get our trash , change the bedding or bring new towels etc, our key card stopped working 3 times during our stay so we had to go back downstairs and get new cards each time, and with 2 kids in tow that was not convenient at all.

Easy check in and the staff was amazing. We were only there for one night but the room was nice and the breakfast was good.

The elevator was filthy with broken tiles. Carpet needs to be replaced in all halls. Patches of mold in the shower. It has been a long time since I staved in a La Quinta and quality has deteriorated.

The staff was super friendly everyday we were there. The bathroom smelled kind of like sewage though (we got an air freshener to keep in there during our stay) and the lobby computer/printers were not working. But the rooms were as expected for the price and the location was perfect in relation to the wedding we were in town for.

Per friendly. Slightly older hotel, my king suite was nice but bathroom looked run down. Staff was great and the in door pool was nice. The breakfast was very poor and lacked optons. The pet fee was not obvious online, but overall very flexible with pets.

Service was excellent. Hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and air conditioner kept room nice and cool, but it was very damp inside. Enough that our sheets felt damp and the bathroom floor never dried after we used shower

Convenient location off the I-35 with lots of fast, casual dining options nearby. Also a cluster of mid-range hotel chains nearby. The property was doing some renovations outside, but not noisy. My room’s shower valve needed repair as it did not shut off fully so water flowed from both the shower head and the faucet. Decent breakfast options.
