Good hotel, nothing outstanding but just a regular hotel with breakfast included. Good for just getting some rest after a long day of driving.

The staff was unfriendly and we had no hot water. We returned late 11p to our room and no hot water. At 7a the next morning, no hot water. We were leaving by 8a so no time to get it resolved. Very unhappy.

The wifi didn't work, the room phone didn't work, the a/c, heat was so loud i jad to turn it off to sleep so the riom was cold.

A pleasant enough stay. The breakfast was disappointing, with the juice machine mostly empty and very little food variety. Doesn't seem to be a priority to this hotel.

Staff at front were very sweet and helpful after a long drive. Clean sheets- great budget motel

Stayed in 2 different rooms. Floors were dirty in both, had to wipe off feet before getting into bed. Staff was pleasant but nothing fresh or healthy at breakfast bar. No fruit or yogurt. Price was good. Wish I had known pool was out of order because I had planned to swim.

There were homeless people sleeping on the breezeway. I inquired about changing rooms to feel safer and was ignored. I

I stayed 3 nights in a row HERE and i booked on this app as i had been doin daily while looking for a place as i just fled from a 3yr domestic violence relationship. I took my daughters in the middle of the night and ran now im starting over with nothing. The first 3 nights were fine like i said i booked daily on the app for cheaper prices. On the 4th day i stopped on my way out fir the day and told the lady I booked again were staying she said ok sounds good! Came back about 5 hours later with my 2 year it was pouring rain we were soaked the parking lots were flooding as well. Stopped at frontdesk to ask to fix my room key. SAME WOMAN FROM THE MORNING I TALKED TO LOOKED AT ME WITH A COLD EXPRESSION AND SAID YOU NEED TO GIVE ME A 50 $CASH DEPOSIT I WAS LIKE UMM I DONT HAVE BUT 30 vash U CAN HAVE IT AND SHE SAID NOPE IF YOU DONT HAVE IT THEN GET YOUR STUFF AND GET OUT. I WAS SHOCKED I STARTED TO CRY ALITTLE GETTING FRUSTRATED. I ASKED WELL WHY NOW AFTER 4 DAYS ARE U DOING THIS WHY WASNT THE DEPOSIT TAKEN OFF MY CREDIT CARD? ANSWER I GOT WAS U CAN GO GET UR STUFF AND GO. SO IN POURING RAIN I HAD TO LOAD MY CAR WITH MY 2 YEAR OLD SHAKING COLD. I CALLED THIS APP FOR MY REFUND THEY HAD TO CALL THE HOTEL AND GET AN OK WHICH THE LADY SAID SHE WOULD OK WHEN I CALLED THEM BUT JUST GOT AN EMAIL SAYING NO. I DID NOTHING WRONG & HAD TO SLEEP IN MY CAR WITH MY KIDS. I BOOKED THAT HOTEL THROUGH HOTELS.COM SO BETWEEN THE 2 SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE MADE IT RIGHT INSTEAD OF TAKING $ FROM ME
