First the pros: Now the cons: our room’s AC didn’t work, but we did move rooms. It took FIVE calls to the front desk to get more towels. We asks for a change of sheets, got them, but had to strip and remake our own beds. The outdoor garbages were overflowing. Half the breakfast items were cold and needed microwaving. The bathroom door handle was nearly falling off the door. Sketchy people were vaping in the pool area. No bars of soap in the bathroom. I knew this hotel had a lower rating going in, but damn, I didn’t think a Best Western Plus would be this inadequate.

The air conditioning system in the room didn’t work. The hot tub didn’t work. The shower head in the room could have been better. We received no hand soap in the room

After getting there to check in i was told have to pay $50 per night for incidental, which was new to me. Didn't want to provide towels for room or pool. The water looked dirty in the hot tub.

The whole hotel is in need of updates badly, when met at the front desk I was greated by a snarky young man that at first seemed pleasant but during check-in became very sarcastic and rude. I made reservations for two rooms that were supposed to be connected and didn’t happen, while getting rooms situated I had asked if they could be connected and was barely acknowledged if they had even bothered to look, the 2nd room was under another friends name and i forgot i reserved it that way cause it was made months prior… i had confirmation emails so we figured it out pretty quickly what happened, but the desk person had very poor and sarcastic comments instead of just letting it go and being understanding about the mistake. When we made it to the rooms (at the back end of a long hotel) the keys didn’t work so we had to go back to the desk to resolve the issue which escalated to getting the manager involved. The desk person really needs people interaction training cause what could have de-escalated a frustrating situation they were adding to it with sarcasm, snarky comments and just plain rudeness. The manager however was a completely different breed of employee… he was very pleasant and helpful, we changed rooms completely and were given connected rooms as requested, he helped carry baggage to the room since the elevator was too small for the carts provided by hotel and made sure keys worked on the doors. Very thankful for his efforts and he is very deserving of his title.

Overall very good and comfortable. Room was clean. Used as a staycation to relax away from home. Pleased.

The room was good, would not recommend if you have an early flight . My room was by the pool , it was very loud.. breakfast was really good , walking to restaurants..

The service desk person wasn't really friendly and i felt like an inconvenience. There were no instructions given about breakfast, checkout or the pool. The pool area is very nice, love that it has an 8ft deep end. There was a large group of kids that ran around out of control and the parents were to busy drinking to do anything. The beds were comfortable and we were tucked in a quiet wing away from the choas. The breakfast was phenomenal, but was a little hard to find at first, as its located.in the cenvention side of the hotel. The carpeting needs to be replaced throughout, its rippled up in many areas. Overall we would stay here again.
