I woke up at 5:00 AM for a doctor’s appointment, wanted to shower, there was no hot water. I called the front desk they said there was hot water in the hotel, he was going to check the kitchen, never called me back; I called back and he never answered the phone again.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the stay was decent, the staff is super nice and helpful. Parking is tight with a small crowded parking lot, my tv remote didn't work and the room could have used a couple small repairs, nothing that would keep me from staying here again. My only real complimt is that the breakfast area is too small for the number of guests that this place gets and the food statuons are all cramped together, last two days of my stay I just wanled by the breakfast room and thought.....no, just no, 10 people in line and all the tables being full just wasn't gonna work.

We’ve stayed here other times and never had it been this dirty. There was dead bugs on the wall and the shower wasn’t working I had to use only cold water. Also I don’t know why but there were staples all over the walls

I recently stayed at this hotel, unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The room looked nothing like the pictures online - it's outdated and needs renovation. Specifically:
- Closet door was broken and couldn't be opened
- Room decor and amenities were old and worn
However, one redeeming quality was the complimentary breakfast served in the lobby.

Great stay and the staff, especially the front desk staff, were the best part. Highly personable and friendly, very accommodating as we arrived much earlier than check-in. They let us safely leave our bags with them and recommended local breakfast/brunch spots while they saw what they could do about getting a room as early as possible. And they did! We arrived at like 10am and figured we would just hang out and explore until maybe 3pm at the earliest, but he found us a great room ready by 12! Highly recommended if staying in Chula Vista/National city area!

We checked in around 830 pm the gentleman processed our room quickly then upon arrival to our room it was very outdated, the faucet in the bath was falling apart and rusted. The room looked like the last time someone updated it was 15 yrs ago.

The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. The free breakfast was a welcome and delicious addition.

It was o.k. for a night. Not the cleanest with hairs from the last people in a few places. Fridge and micro was nice. Too bad it's not closer to the amphitheatre to walk there.

If you are going to the North Amphitheater, its great! Super close and convenient!!! They have a nice breakfast variety.

Property next to hwy, the location was not looking safe, the room is very old, outdated , below standard, 1 towel only , bed sheets were not clean, old AC with message to change filter. At check in I had to return back also other guests because the card key was not active .

This is the worst best western I have stayed in, oudated, dirty, matress was horrible, stayed part of the night and we left. Horrible Horrible place.Did not come back.

The Staff here were very friendly and welcoming when checking in and out, breakfast was 3.5/5, rooms were spacious and comfortable 4/5.

Rooms were ok but the power outlet next to the bed to charge our phones or to connect the alarm, did not work. our rooms were facing the fwy and we weren’t able to get a good night sleep it was so noisy. Also, i paid for a king bed room and got 2 queen beds.

Room was clean, but the tv remote didn’t work, the bed was broken, and it’s so loud since it’s right by the fwy. Staff was friendly during check in/out. Didn’t complain about the issues since we were there one night and got back to our room very late, also I’m pretty sure the hotel was completely booked as there was a big concert near by.

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful! Bathtub was gross, unclean and looked like someone threw up and left pieces by the drain, carpet was absolutely disgusting, the top bed cover was white with brown stains all over it. We booked for the location to the concert venue and had to endure the stay. Would not ever stay again.

The staff we spoke with were great, but no extra blankets and no maintenance staff. Door wouldn’t lock unless you literally pulled up and slammed the door. Parking was pretty tight and trying to get in the parking lot from the freeway was NOT safe.

Simple door plans but effective breakfast was decent night staff were okay day staff little better convenient when traveling.

Check was quick and easy. The room was really clean except for the vent in the bathroom. I know it is easy to overlook this as it is in the ceiling but it grossed my out a bit. If you are a light sleeper you are right next to the freeway so it is a bit noisy.
Overall I would give it high marks and consistent with what you expect from a Best Western.
