Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and accommodating. Pool was a good temp and clean as well. Would stay here again, especially for the price.

It may have just been my room, but the HVAC unit never turned off. The fan kept blowing even when the room cooled to my set temp. So the room felt clammy all night. It was pretty uncomfortable and I don't I'd ever stay here again. The breakfast was a bit subpar re: the hot food and muffins.

It was well located, easy to park and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I believe the price was a bit high, even considering we were in a long holiday as we paid for similar hotels in the USA something around $110/night

Staff is wonderful. The bed is not comfortable. Can't sleep, twist and turn all night.

It is a mystery to us why this property is so highly rated. The room was small, the AC was huge and loud, the bathroom was old and the toilet was abnormally low to the ground. The food that was included with the breakfast was either stale or out of stock. Staff was distracted and indifferent. No bottles water included and the tap water did not taste clean.
We opted to try this one out based on the ratings and paid a little extra compared to the alternatives. Very disappointed, unfortunately.

We stayed here for four days while wine touring in the Niagara region. Hotel is very clean and safe. We brought our golden retriever who is three years old. The hotel is pet friendly. It was a one time charge of $70 plus tax. We had a great time. We would definitely come back.

The bathroom was not clean enough cause corners of the shower were excessively dirty 2days after our arriving we had to request all stuff that goes in a bathroom because we had use all the towels and toilette papier. No housekeeper has come to clean the room. It is the last we book there. Very unsatisfy of the hôtel

Everthing was excellent except housekeeping don’t service room unless requested which we didn’t know,so no coffee, water, clean towels or garbage removal, no body soap in shower or safe in room. I still highly recommend, helpful staff, clean, I will stay here again.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We were particularly appreciative of the charging available for our EV. Breakfast was always well presented and kept very clean. Facility cleanliness was excellent.

Beware, the Hampton Inn charges you more than double.
For a two night stay, that should cost only CAD 577.94,
my card was charged as follows: (1) Aug 12, 2024 = CAD 50.00. (2) Aug 13, 2024 = CAD 627.94 and (3) Aug 15, 2024 = CAD 577.94. Not sure if they will ever return the first two. Never again will I stay there.

We were there to see Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. People are very nice. Not real quiet for sleeping. We were on top floor. But it is a tourist spot. Food and attractions.

Not sure if all hotels are doing this and if this was the case. Our room was not cleaned or made up after the first night. It seems that the new thing is that you need to request it. Would have been nice if they notify or asked you at check in. Otherwise the everything is great!
