Dirty Sheets, Dirty towels and the furniture was completely worn and lots of bedbugs

No tv channel guide. Only 3 pillows for a king size bed. Had not been vaccumed well. Toe nail clippings by bed.

We didn't stay there. Went to the room the half were filled with the smell of Marijuana, the room stunk and was hot, when I walked over to the turn the AC on I realized it was Laying on the floor. We left and got a refund.

The toilet didn’t work. The bed had a urine stain and the room had not been clean or the pubic hair was in the bathtub for a classy touch. I will NEVER stay there again.

The phone and TV didn’t work in my room, and my flight was delayed so nothing could be done until next day. Phone never worked. Was told that half of the phones in the rooms didn’t. TV kept glitching .Police had to be called for you an overdose in the building. Toilet had a ring of mold around it. One neighbor had 4 large dogs in their room and one crying dog on the other side of me. Was told locals were living there with all of these dogs who would bark when owners were at work and we wanted to sit outside. Dog feces all over the ground. Pool was green. When I brought up my concerns about it to management they said they couldn’t do anything about it because I booked through a third party. I asked if there was anything they could do and they didn’t even offer to get me a room with amenities that were apart of their contract. Not to mention my non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. I felt stuck there because they had my card information and couldn’t give me a refund or another room. Double locked the door when my daughter and I had to be there. Very sad and disappointing. I could go on but I’m so exhausted from lack of sleep from being there 3 nights.

The door nearest my room was unusable because the glass was shattered. My key card deactivated every day around 3 pm, meaning I would have to go to the front desk every day to get back in my room. The room was filthy. Dirt and grime everywhere, tub and shower were covered in grime. If I had known, I would have spent the extra few dollars to stay at one of the many hotels across the street/ next door.

Pleasant but hotel has hone downhill since last staying, about 3-4 years ago.

Checked out early due to the terribly dirty conditions of the room and bathroom. There was pink mold growing on the bathroom tile walls. Pubic hair all over the toilet seat. The rug looked like it had never been cleaned. Everything was sticky and sheets were dirty.

Room smelled horrible. Items in room were worn and run down. Way too much money for this type of room. Didn't even bother to try the breakfast. Disappointing experience, even if it was just for one night. Check in clerk hardly acknowledged my presence.

It’s was fine a little dirty but if you need a cheap place to crash

It was disappointment. The room is smell like reserved for smoking people. The carpet was damp and dirty. The faucet handle in bathroom vanity was fall apart when used.

This is the best value for my money.

Pool was closed, it really needs an update and it was not very clean

We left a day early because of constant noise at night unable to sleep. Did not feel safe in our room constant people around and close to our door. We lost our money on a night stay because of people close to our door talking and hollering until1:00 am and fireworks going off for two nights.

Housekeeping banging on the door 30 mins before check-out and then came back 10 minutes later. Very annoying.

The bed was absolutely horrible as well as a tiny chair in a disabled room. Asked for a refund and they refused.

The room had a damp smell to it and the phone did not work.

The hot water in the shower ran continuously; it was obvious they knew about it because the cover plate was laying in the bathroom floor! The carpet was dirty. This is the type of dive one would expect for $20 per night. It is sickening to pay $90 for this type of room!

Nice quiet place. The room keys kept malfunctioning making go back to the front desk many times.

This place deserves 0 stars. I’m my 48 years I have never stayed somewhere so dirty. I’ve had to have 3 different keys made. They must be one time use. I’m traveling with kids. Specifically booked a place with cribs, they don’t even though advertised that they do. I have a 3 year old who’s going to fall out of bed. Disgusted honestly that they claim to be family friendly when the tenants seem to be mostly drug addicts. Openly using on the patios.

This place clean and amazing

Phone not operable - flashing RED. Desk told us to unplug. Lights by bed broken. It was just OK. Probably wouldn’t choose again.

Run down, scetchy area, broken window with glass still on floor inside rear entrance door, couldn't operate shower, ac set to 61 upon arrival, given key to room already occupied
