This is not close to the airport. It’s in a scary part of town. No elevator to 3rd floor, had to carry luggage up stairs to my room.

Staff was friendly. Didn't feel so safe outside. Room was clean but hard to find. Hallway's smelled like cigarettes.

No phone in room ( not working). They said they would fix it but didn’t and the shower was hard to figure out as it was stuck and they did come help on that. I would not stay there again and it did seem to have sketchy people there too.

The staff was very nice. They had breakfast and an outdoor pool. The breakfast was a light breakfast which the staff keep stocked. It was close to the highways and airport. The bed was hard for me. I told I could have got a different room and bed. I had to walk up stairs to my room. They have no elevator. They have a shower massage though.

I like the staff and how friendly and helpful they are, i don't like that there isn't an elevator when they have 3 floors but other than that this place is very clean and comfortable to stay at!

Pool and pool area dirty, no pool towels, breakfast area smelled sour, hairdryer didn’t work and the front desk had to come fix the tv. Beds were comfortable though.

Disgusting pool. Broken sections of the building and doorways. Dirty floors and hallways, horrible smell coming out of the air conditioner. No breakfast options like you would normally get with a continental breakfast included. And definitely don't book through third party sites, like expedia etc, because they do not communicate all rules/ reservation info. So just because you have a reservation confirmed, that says pay when you arrive that means nothing. They tried to run my card the morning of our reservation before we even got there and before check in time, and because I had my card locked until we arrived, so it declined. So by the time we got there to check in they had canceled my reservation. And there was no longer the room type with 2 beds even available to stay in. This never got updated on the expedia site, and I never received any kind of message saying anything was canceled. It just looked like i was a no show.

There were street walkers and shootings while we were there close to the hotel. The property is shabby on the exterior. The inside was clean and well maintained. The ice maker was empty most of the time and it was hot out. The pool was the perfect temperature.

There was no one at the counter to check us in when we arrived. The crew decided to Say they were helping a customer and would be right back when they were really in the restaurant across the street. When we went to check out and get our receipt there was no one at the counter. There were people who had Paid for paring and transport to the airport and there was not driver to take them. We called the posted phone number and no on answered. An off duty employee arrived and he called and got no answer. He would have driven the people to the airport but the on duty person had the key to the shuttle van with him. We waited over 30 minutes to no avail. When we finally left there were about 20 room keys on the counter from customers who could not check out.

Nice rooms but staff wasn’t really the best

There was no breakfast the first morning of our stay. Didn’t even notice us or anything, and when I went to the reception no sorry at all.

Bed was comfortable

Short on staff, toilet seat loose, fire alarm needed battery twice, shower curtain on floor, shower faucet wouldn’t shut off constantly dripping, hall door lock didn’t work (people could gain easy access) no plates for waffles, premises in need of paint, airport shuttle body damage missing hub cap, prostitution on site, staff was very nice!

Smells bad

Room is fill of smell, bed is very bad and not comfortable at all. Batheoom doesn't have exhaust. Overall not good at all. Very bad maintenance. Breakfast not many options and not even refilling when something is out.

House keeping never came by when asked

Shower didn’t work.

There's a lack of customer service. Room service was horrible. So ma u things were missing during breakfast & been told that we are short on staff. When we checked out there was 30 minutes waiting & no staff during entire time. There was imbalance of hot water in the shower. We asked many times for toiletries & didn't get any. Place is surrounded by plenty of homless people.

Inside the hotel room was amazing! Super clean and you can tell everything is remodeled. In the other hand the area is okay. The hotel has a certain smell to it, but once inside room it goes away. Definitely you get what you pay. Front desk was good, but there were times where it was empty and I had to wait a while to get help. Overall 7/10.

What you expect for the price you paid, it’s kind little cheap price so that why everything is average, service , room it poor ( tv , light ..not working around inside properly smell a lot smoking marijuana ) So if you have small budget and need small clean room to stay few days so that right place

There was a blood substance on the sheets and curtains. It was more of a tweaker hotel. Very loud and people up all nights drunk and yelling

Staff excellent!!! I had bad experience inside the room … i found tick in my bed and my body!!! Ants in the bathtub.(They don’t have a pest control)

The area is a little rough at night, but the rooms are clean and the staff is kind.
