Very noisy (echoing hallway, and motorway outside) but decent bed and bathroom and good breakfast.

Hotel was very convenient fo the motorway, it’s was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast catered for all nationalities, I didn’t expect a English full breakfast but it was there.. 5 stars ***** from me

Value for money, friendly staff, very clean great for the motorway. My wife and I travel for work and pleasure i know she will check the bathroom cleanliness it past with flying colours, the bedroom was interesting a mix of modern and dated but the bed was super comfortable with great bedding ( i was informed) we arrived late but they managed to feed us and the beer was excellent. So we have found a keeper for ourselves when we travel by car from the Dutch ferries to Prague.

Simple hotel great for an overnight stop on our business trip. The rooms were a little dated but the bathrooms were modern and clean. We all slept well and would stay again if travelling past. The staff were very welcoming on our arrival and helped arrange on site parking easily.

This hotel is adequate for a passing visit. Located on the outskirts of town. It was fairly busy and well used, therefore suffering some ear and tear. It was just your basic, motel style room. They did sting me 5 Euros just to park in the car park though!

What a nice hotel just on the outskirts of town. We used this hotel as a stopover point and were not disappointed. This was very easy to find and parking was plentiful and secure plus reasonably priced. The room was very clean and all presented. Check in and check out was faultless. We got in late but found a nice Subway across the main road from the hotel. We didnt eat breakfast at the hotel, but instead went back across the main road behind the service station and subway there was a nice shopping centre, and we had a great bakery breakfast. We did venture into Osnabrück the next day to visit a laundromat, which was only a short drive. Nice little town. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

The staff at this hotel was unbelievable friendly and helpful! They helped me with everything including how to get the local bus. I would highly recommend the hotel for service. The hotel was also very clean and just what I needed for my stay in Germany.

Hadn't realised there was extra charge for parking and also no coffee/tea facilities except for conference clients. The breakfast was average. Probably would choose different hotel for stopover next time.

This is a super hotel for an overnight in the area. Close connections with the motorway, but not too close. A bit of a walk into the nice German town, but worth it after eating so well there. We have stayed 3 times now and not been disappointed’

Hotel is slightly old, however, the hotel room and toilet are very clean. Will be nice if they provide free tea and coffee.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the beautiful photos on Hotels.com actually matched the quality of the Novum hotel. We were even more impressed with the staff working the front desk both during check in and at check out time. The host who checked us out graciously spent 10 minutes assisting my wife with the settings on her US cell phone so it would work properly in Germany. Regarding the room, it was very nice, but I would recommend ceiling or floor fans during the hot summer months, since there is no air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and looked new, but in order to keep it looking nice I would recommend adding drip tray at the bottom of the glass shower door. After showering, water on the door drips onto the bathroom floor, which could cause water damage over time. Looking forwarding to staying at other Novum locations next time I visit Europe.

Warm welcome, friendly staff. Most staff speak English and are very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Menu and guest information translated into English. This is the third year we have stayed at this hotel and have never been disappointed. However since changed over to Novum there is now a charge for parking which I find a bit bizarre. Lovely terrace for evening drinks, good meals in nice surroundings. Free tea and coffee in bar area.

My stay was pleasant. Friendly staff at the hotel. Location was also another factor, was able to move about with ease.

This was to be our first stay in an Ibis Styles, and we weren't too sure what to expect compared to the normal Ibis or the Budget options. Our arrival was welcomed by a rather grotty car park, with a noticeable lack of maintenance or a bit of love and care utilised to ensure that your vehicle has just as much as a pleasant stay as yourself. The blatant conversion of the hotel into the Ibis brand has left some areas of the hotel from its previous incarnation untouched and still looking dated, particularly the stairways. The rooms are bog standard with nothing to shout home too much about. Despite the dated facades here and there however, the general cleanliness overall is acceptable. The breakfast buffet is well laid out and the staff were fairly pleasant, but weren't too insistent on going the extra mile. The hotel is conveniently located for anyone travelling and is an acceptable place to stop over for the night, with a nearby petrol station and other facilities to secure a well suited location for drivers.

We chose this hotel as another reviewer recommended it for their journey to Denmark which was what we were doing. Perfect stopping point between Hook of Holland and Denmark, very close to main road (without bein on the main road), really helpful staff and lovely evening meal and breakfast. Couldn't ask for more.
