The room and especially the bathroom was not clean. There were drips of something down the walls and the grout was gross. We hardly slept due to the fridge and tv making weird cracking sounds all night long. It needs updating . I would not recommend.

The room was dingy it was definitely a motel not a hotel. The window ac was very loud and the walls were paper thin I heard all the loud cars and trucks passing by. Bed was hard and pillows were deflated. Obviously a motel taking advantage of the events.

Room had crickets inside every night and when one woke up. I would have to get rid off 4-5 crickets every day. I raised it to the front desk and their response was impressive: "yeah, it is normal; your side has more." Did not offer another room or anything.

From the pictures I did not know or see that it was a drive up hotel which was the first negative. The main reason that was an issue is because there were SO many crickets and they could get in the door when you opened it. Apparently that is because of the changing seasons but it was still very gross. The bedroom had been somewhat remodeled but the bathroom looked like a meth lab. The only positive was that we were having issues with our tv and they called the next day to make sure they were resolved.

The room had no hairdryer, only 2 towels for 4 booked people. 2 of the lamps didn’t work inside the room. And only had 3 small pillows on each bed. Breakfast was dissapointing, they Only had waffle maker for waffles or cereal. Do not plan on staying here again when I come to Granbury

The bathroom was stained, grimy, with cracked old fixtures. It looked like a gas station bathroom. Not a pleasant place to get a shower.

The room was clean and comfortable enough. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bathtub was split and very poorly patched. It didnt leak that i know of, but it was uncomfortable to stand on while thaking a shower.

This is an older property that just shows in areas like the bathtub/shower, parking lot, and outside areas. It has been updated in some ways but the overall feel just wasn't great. The breakfast was all bread type items, coffee is from a vending type machine, and creamer is dry packets. Not really a true breakfast. Staff were very nice.

The room was fairly clean, ac worked great. The bed was soooooo comfortable. We were able to do our laundry, fridge worked great. My only complaint beside the shower was kind of gross was the amount of spiders around the place. But it's Texas so should have known better.

The room was infested with bugs, dead and alive. I was with my five year old and I was in the room for about seven minutes which was enough time to take pictures of all the bugs and I left immediately, but the manager refuses to refund me. He was rude over the phone and told me I used the room which I didn’t and hung up on me while I was explaining that I did not use the room and would not be returning due to the bug infestation and lack of cleanliness. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. Will never be retuning to a Days Inn and I encourage Expedia to remove this location from their website due to the room conditions and the terribly unprofessional manager. Expedia has done me a giant disservice.

The bed was very comfortable and the fridge and microwave was a plus...about the only downside was the water pressure...it was very weak..the staff was very friendly....I needed batteries for the TV remote and the maintenance guy was very quick to get them....

I was very pleasantly surprised that it was such a nice location The management staff was wonderful even the maids were nice and the room was actually surprising a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be for a great price and very conveniently located there was lots of stuff around there would stay there any time I go back to Granbury

Front desk staff very friendly and willing to help. I lost my room key and it was replaced with a minimum of fuss and with a smile. Breakfast selection may be a little behind what other motels in the same price range offer. I know cost savings is king now days and there was adequate selection for the he most part. In all, a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Staff were very helpful and the place was quite clean and orderly. Breakfast was the same every day, but it was a good breakfast and adequate. The location is perfect in this town, because it's the only motel where you can walk to stuff from it without using your car.

Very RUDE STAFF and Manager!! The room was dirty…had hair in the bed and in the bathroom…men standing outside the room made me and my daughter feel very unsafe! When I told the front desk they said they would refund my money then after I left they refused to give me a refund!!! The manager practically called me a liar on the phone!! Very unhappy!!

Huge safety issue - I had my room booked from Thursday to Tuesday. Friday night, my door was opened by someone who was booked into my room! Apparently, there was a system glitch. There should be preventative measures to prevent this. I was a solo female traveler, and this could have turned out much worse.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Blood stains or wine stains (we will go with wine) all over th carpet. Spiders, eggs, cobwebs in the corners of the room. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting and the room had a horrible smell. I will not be returning.
