Room was comfortable but light on desk didn't work.

Quiet and comfortable

Only two things: lowest toilets I have ever had to use--struggled to get up as they're so low to the ground and no grab bars available. Once again, only strawberry flavor yogurt offered. How about a vanilla or blueberry--something for folks who like yogurt but can't tolerate strawberries? Otherwise, a very nice place to stay! Staff on check in was very welcoming.

The room was stuffy and couldn't get the air to work. There was a humming noise that was infrequent but irritable.

Everything was very well cleaned and maintained. The staff were very helpful and had our room ready early so we could get ready for a wedding.

We stayed just for one night on our way home from Minnesota. We travel a lot and this was the nicest hotel. From the staff to the room amazing. Love the location and how there was options to walk for snacks or dinner.

Very comfortable and met all requirements. Marked down on eco as breakfast was all on disposables. A single basket commercial dishwasher would have coed easily with using all non-disposable materials.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I love it! The staff is friendly and helpful. The hot tub is wonderful and I like that the hotel is in close proximity to a variety of restaurants.

Very nice hotel! Everything was very clean and the room very comfortable. It was also very quiet overnight, even though the hotel was full! I also liked the proximity to gas stations and restaurants. Oh, and the hot tub…wonderful! I will definitely stay here again.

Carpet was damp

Very helpful staff right away, clean room and pool, can make the room nice and dark with blinds, comfortable beds! I didn't experience the breakfast because of our doctor visits but the rest was great, so I will definitely be staying there again for my child's doctor visits across the road! Thank you!

The pool looked nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The only bad part of the stay was you had to squat very low to get on toilet. Kid height toilet. Everything else was great close to UW campus and very clean.

An older property, looks tired.

Our check in took an astronomical amount of time, then once we got our hotel keys and got to our room on the third floor, the keys didn’t work. We had to haul our new born back down to the front desk where they laughed off they wrote the wrong number down. The towels in our room were dirty and we had to go to the front desk for new ones. There was a Taco Bell sauce packet under the sink in our bathroom so clearly the room was not cleaned. Sunday we had called to the front desk to ask about a later check out, with the 90 degree weather and our tournament game not starting until 1:00 we were hoping to stay in the AC a little longer. When the front desk answered I didn’t so much as finish the sentence when the rude front staff interrupted me to say that had none available and hung up on me. None available? At 11 on Sunday? Blows my mind. I don’t recommend staying here.

Kamron checked me in. She was very friendly and made feel important as a Hilton Honors member. She described in detail the amenities of the hotel. My room was very comfortable and smelled good. The breakfast was very sufficient and comfortable.

My son and I stayed here while he had college orientation.

No hot water for over 48 hours. Friday through when we checked out on Sunday. The manager offered $50 off which is a slap in the face. When talking with the so called manager she hung up on me and wouldn’t take a call back. Unprofessional on many levels. She even condescendingly asked me if I slept in the bed and ate the free breakfast. I’m sorry but no hot water is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. Do better Hampton in and Hilton. You have 10’s of thousands of dollars coming in a night for rates. Fix your boiler immediately not over two days. Your manager is clearly over her head and unable to handle the water being down. What kind of business of this level of revenue could accept such an outage.

Main disappointment was the pool was shut down for cleaning, so we couldn't use. That was the main reason we booked at this location vs a competitor, that cost us more money. Good breakfast & restful stay.
