Usually we stay in the same hotel chain if they are in the area we’re going. We were in town late and getting up early and I didn’t think it was worth the big rate difference just to get some sleep and have a quick breakfast but I was wrong. When you pushed the button to start the shower it still ran out of the tap. It also didn’t drain. I didn’t realize that until it was covering my feet. There was still some trash in the bathroom trash can when we got there. The side table had hair in it and the ice bucket was stained and dirty and there were no bags for it or in the garbage cans. The breakfast was just awful. No batter for the waffles. Stale cereal and scones. Runny oatmeal. All the eggs had what I am assuming was peppers and onions so he wouldn’t eat them. They were labeled egg white frittatas but they were yellow. The sausage was undercooked. We had a wake up call and no one ever called. There was no one at the desk when we went to check out. There were also some questionable stains through the room. The floor was the worst. It was rated as excellent which helped me make the decision to stay there but I will not use that as the sole reason I choose a hotel in the future.

There was no room service offered. We asked for towels first thing when we woke up, and waited 45 minutes to an hour to get them. Each time the heat kicked on it was obnoxiously loud. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. It was dusty under the night stand and around the microwave. Stain on the comforter.

The stay overall was fine but I barely slept. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. My back was really hurting and sore the next morning. We usually stay at Hampton when we are out of town and the beds are soft and comfortable. But not the one in Evansville, IN.

Nice hotel. Was a great stay but the beds were a bit firm and pillows go flat while you sleep.

Nice hotel overall. Staff was friendly. Work out room was adequate, peloton was broken.

The hotel was clean in general. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The noise from slamming doors and motorcycles in the parking lot made for a terrible nights sleep. The shower didn’t work as expected and the tub filled up with water while showering because water was coming out of the faucet at the same time as the shower head. When I told the lady named Kween at checkout, all she said was why didn’t you come down and let us know it was noisy. Well, let’s see, it was the middle of the night and I am not the hallway police and besides that, who wants to get dressed and go downstairs every time a door slammed. What was anyone going to do? Go knocking door to door to see who was awake? I am sorry I wasted my One Key cash on this place.

One night stay. Was good. Staff was amazingly friendly. Only complaint was the carpet really needs cleaning. Need was comfortable, bathroom was clean. I'd stay again.
