Front desk check in & service at the bar where the band was playing was fantastic. The room was clean, just very worn in & in need of a refresh. The rooms were quiet. The pool was super busy with lots of intoxicated adults, and was not really family friendly-its definitely got that party vibe.

Staff was amazing. Byron would txt to check in and see if the accommodations were good. And amazingly helpful. Enjoyed my stay will be returning!!!

Byron at the front desk was amazing, the staff was pleasant and the rooms were immaculate. Definitely will be staying again!

Property is a bit dated, however one can tell it is maintained. The staff is helpful and the beach is close by.

Elevator was not working

The room fits our family’s needs. I am sorry I didn’t reserve a room here when we first arrived instead of the Sheraton.

The room was clean for the most part however the tops of the drapery cornices were extremely dusty and visible from the loft bedroom. The furniture is beat up, scratched and falling apart. There was an abundance of mold and mildew throughout the bathroom, bedroom and other living areas. Obvious staining on the ceilings from water leakage. Bad scuff marks on doors, walls and woodwork throughout. Water would not properly drain in the shower. Toilet kept running and filling up throughout stay. Exterior paint peeling and bubbling everywhere you looked. Carpets could have been cleaned but in reality should be replaced. Corners where walls and ceiling meet are bubbling and coming apart from leaks and moisture. The final issue was the desk clerk when checking out (Natalia or Natalie) I believe was her name. Very rude, very short tempered and when a member of management mentioned something about a server update she rolls her eyes and mutters something under her breath in front of guests. Would not give me a full receipt of my charges for my stay, I only got the last page that had the resort fees on it. She stated she couldn’t give me a full receipt when I saw it plainly in her hand. Even if the folio had closed out she could have made a copy but it seems that would have been too strenuous for her to handle. I have never had a bad experience at an IHG hotel and I don’t believe I will be staying in one again. Overall experience 4/10.

Love this quaint well kept facility

I was there with my sister and mother who needed special requirements in the room. The attendant at the reception was so helpful and accomodating. She was wonderful! Her responsiveness made the world of a difference and thus my mom's and our experience was terrific! With the change to a handicap room we focused on the nice environment of the hotel and we had a very positive experience overall.

Very pleased with our overall experience, discounts on many amenities, well kept. My only disappointment was the living room furniture, the pull out couch was in poor condition, extremely uncomfortable and needs replacing.

Clean and comfortable acommodations with a great location with walking access to dining, attractions, and the beach.

The grounds were beautiful

Matress very uncomfortable, old , you could feel the springs, the room was full of dust, even cobwebs on the walls.

Everything was great and ample inside parking. The staff was very cordial and answered all questions. It was a pleasurable stay convent to all activities in the area. Definitely staying at this facility on all future trips to IRB.👍

Great time!

The staff was very polite and friendly.

Close to pool and water park. Free passes offered for park and dining. Nice spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Did not like: Landscaping crew with chainsaws and weed eaters at 6:30 AM.. Kitchen utensils were flimsy and almost useless. Needed a broom or vacuum for the floors.

Mold smells of sticky floor I made the reservation through Expedia Already paid them in check in she said the transaction was not shown I showed her from my side after half an hour she said everything was ok I went to the room found like that i asked for checkout after two days I found 2 transactions from them with no reasons IHG should be not like that something even the one star doesn't do it

There were flying insects in the beds and all over the suits we moved three times before we decided to check out early

Beautiful location, good value, a little dated but good place.

I booked the place for the jaccuzi, the room was great but the jaccuzi was very bad. It was small and when turned on made the water terrible with things coming out of the ducts. After turning them on they made the experience bad since i selected the place simply for having that in the room. The staff were great though specially Cal shout out for being a great host. But paying 400$ to get a Jacuzzi that is not convenient is the reason for the bad experience. Was not worth

We were there for a wedding at the facility. We were booked for two days. When I called to ask for an early check in, 2pm for a 4:30 wedding, I had to sign up for their rewards program to attain early check in. As the day approached I called to verify the early check in. It was never processed. Although we were there with a large party, we were unable to get a 2 o’clock check in. We were essentially forced to get a room for the night before, to assure we could be ready for the wedding. I was given $30 off the regular rate for the extra night. I spoke with 6-7 people before I could even get someone to find my reservation and my early check in request
