I really wouldn’t recommend

The Staff were very nice and the hotel had a unique decor and design that matched well for the area. I loved the staircase look.

The staff were great! Room was spacious with all that we needed.

Shower was luke warm. No coffee in room. Only 3 towels for 2 people. TV wouldnt connect to the wifi at all the whole time so it was useless. Some lights in the room didnt work. Pool was FREEZING

Had a nice quiet pleasant stay. Beds were comfy and room was clean and comfortable as well. Sunny was very helpful for when I booked the wrong dates and he informed me of how to change the dates and for us checked right in with no hassle overall great experience

Air conditioner was notworking the best ... too hot in the evening and too coold sleeping

Quick stay one night so it's hard to rate. But the room was comfortable. Beds were very comfortable! This is my thing. I judge a hotel by their showers. The shower was great! All in all for good!

The pool was under maintenance. I don't remember seeing anything about it being under construction when I booked.

No TV at first. Toilet broken all stay. Paint splashed everywhere. No hot water for showers (tepid). George the desk clerk tried to help us.

Room was clean, new carpet, and recently painted. Front desk associate was very pleasant(George)and accommodated our request for first floor room

This property is not accessible friendly. Can’t get into the King suite if you’re handicapped on the second level, no elevator. No description of this on the website. I booked the king suite I had to take the double queen suite because of it being on the main floor. I wish I had known about that before I booked the room. Plus if I had seen the double suite queen before I got everything out of my van. I would have canceled. I signed a paper saying if I check out after checking in the hotel keeps my money regardless if I don’t like the room. The hot tub was dirt I had to clean it before I used it. The couch was dirty, stained and unsafe for human contact. Also the toilet had rust in the bowl and ran all night long. The tub is peeling and stained from wear. The front door lock is old and dated. The carpet was new which made me wonder why some much half effort with quality. The tv to old also. The bed was great. I had a good sleep. I paid to much for this room taking I didn’t get what was advertised. I informed the manager George his attitude was like, ok, so what’s your problem. I felt railed road at the time of checking in. It’s this or nothing ultimatum.

The person at the desk in the morning was not engaged at all. I think he/she was either sleeping or on his/her phone. I could have carried anything out without him/her noticing. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom door didn't shut. The door had recently been painted and the hinges were put on backwards.

Booked online through travel site. When arrived, hotel was under renovation and they did not have our reservation and could not accommodate. Was so frustrated we ended up staying elsewhere at twice as much.

Staff and manager were very courteous.

Advertised a pool, which was not open at all. Breakfast was terrible, old and outdated. We checked out early, and now property is refusing my refund. Cleanig people were kind, and Victor the night staff were very helpful.

Coffee machine worked!

Got to breakfast 3 minutes after they were closed and they did not allow us to grab anything not even a coffee

looks like the place is 40 yrs old.

Left with 20 bed bug bites. Property appeared to be in renovation/updating stages, but had quite a ways to go.

This property was under renovation the property should have disclosed this information when booking and give real time photos of the room and property. Very disappointing if I would have had my wife with me on this trip we would have canceled and booked with another hotel.
