The room I had was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Possibly a little tight for two people. The only negative is the it had to be the worst’s TV channel selection.

The Best Western in Rutland is a great spot for skiing at Killington. We especially like the suites with a kitchen & living room/dining area. It is spacious & comfortable. Check in with Marissa was super fast!

I asked for an handicapped room and it was amazing. My family and I will return next year. It was very spacious and clean. We had a full kitchen, dining area to eat, the bathroom was huge. Very clean. The continental breakfast was good. I didn't expect to have eggs and hot meat. The front desk associates were great. They called to make sure that we were still coming. True customer service.

The rooms were very big and nice. Felt like an apartment. Didn’t love the breakfast. I tried the eggs The first day and it was cold. So didn’t eat there again. But I would go back just for the size of the rooms.

We selected this hotel because it had an outdoor pool. In our way to the area that day we received a text that the pool was not open. This was a bummer and could have been handled better and we should have been offered a partial credit

Excellent location - 15 minutes to the Mountain Top Inn & Resort, very quiet and private rooms and located near a country store, a convenience store.

The staff was great!!! The room smelled musty and it could absolutely use an upgrade! Also the pool wasn’t available and it’s the hottest week over 95

Rooms are very dated. A lot of ants and other insects in the room. Dirty ceilings and one of the bathrooms was mouldy. Understanding it is an older hotel, the maintenance needs to be improved since they are pretty much the only hotel in the area.

Middle of the night it started to rain and we were woken up by the water hitting the air conditioner very loud. Should put something in place so water goes away from the window.

The front desk manager was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease. Traveling for work can be stressful but she made it easy for me and even pointed out a new yoga place I should try when I come back, which I absolutely will be.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't give 5 stars because the room could have used a bit of updating (paint, etc.), and I would have loved to see more Gluten-Free breakfast options. Otherwise, a great stay!

Friendly staff. The bathtub drain was not working well. We were moved to another room when we reported to the front desk. The next morning, the plumber came up to apologize for the inconvenience when we were at the breakfast. We will stay here again next time in the area.

Perfect accommodations for getting up early, skiing all day and then go back to a clean, quiet place with nice comfortable beds to sleep so you can do it all again the next day.

Service was fantastic, very friendly staff! However, the room was horrible. No sound buffers, could even hear the next room flushing toilet and washing hands. Mattresses were very old, even my teenager woke up sore. Paint was peeling on bathroom ceiling

Booked a night here last minute after a day so amazing at Killington that we had to stay for another ride day. When we got there found out they were at capacity and the room shouldn’t have been listed, but as we were leaving the manager Stephen chased us down to let us know someone had cancelled 5 minutes ago and he could give us their room. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and for that we’re so grateful!! Stephen was so helpful and kind, ask him about the books he’s written when you check in!!

Been here a couple of times to ski at Killington. Always had a great stay. Clean rooms, helpful staff, solid breakfast starting early enough (6:30am) to eat and make first chair.
