Our room was a bit shabby and could have used a refresh. That said, the staff was great and the room clean and comfortable. The location was convenient with many restaurants to choose from nearby. We would stay there again.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Although close to i-95 there was no traffic noise. Breakfast was good. Worst comment is lack of dinner places. The outback steakhouse was overcrowded and the food was awful.

Very disappointed. Sadly we walked into our room and walked right back out! There were roaches on the walls and door in the room. When told front desk about this they did not seem surprised at all. Like they knew this was a problem.

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. We were right above the lobby but didn't hear a thing at night when we were in our room. Chose it over some of the other hotels at this exit because it had free wifi which worked without issue. The couch in our room was a little warn but that was my only observation.
Check in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly, engaging and made us laugh.
Only giving 4 stars because the buffet breakfast was not great. It was edible, but not great.
Bottom line: If I'm staying in Lumberton again I would choose this hotel.

The room was small for a king size bed. I was almost on the wall when I get up mfrom the bed. The A/C unit cramped the space even more. The shower was in bad condition with lots of black mildew around it and the shower prerssure was very low.

Great spot for the commute home from Disney. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a very long time. Need to research that mattress. Clean room and friendly staff. Painless check/in.

Breakfast was the best of any hotel on the I95 route. Room was nice and clean. Loved the pillows. I was disappointed that the WIFI was not working properly. It’s one of the services I look for when booking a room.

It was fine overall. The caulking in the shower was deteriorated and falling apart with water spraying on it. I'm glad I wasn't staying in the room below.... I suspect there may be some water damage in that room!

Very comfortable bed. Room nice, clean, a little worn. Really appreciated room given on first floor due to having a pet. Nice free breakfast offerings!

I contracted bed bugs during my stay at the hotel. I confirmed my theory by going to the doctors and being prescribed steroids pills since I was showing flares up all over my body. I realize the beds didn’t have mattresses protection on it and I was offered another room but I felt very uneasy for the rest of my stay. I never heard from the manager even after my stay and I am very disappointed.

Convenient location off 95 south. Clean room and excellent the pillow choices. Loved that Outback was next door and the hard floor instead of carpet. Will definitely stay here again.

I am not one to complain. I have only given 1 other bad review, and we have stayed in multiple different hotels through out the year. We love to travel. We only had 2 towels in our bathroom. My husband went downstairs and ask the front desk for a towel and they told him they didn’t have any towels. Their excuse was the past people that stayed there steal their towels. Well duh buy new ones to replaced the lost or stolen ones. The shower had mold growing in it, there is no water pressure at all. The comforter on the bed had what I am hoping red stains on it. I didn’t notice until this morning.

This stay was perfect, as usual. First, this is a very pet-friendly hotel. The associate at the front desk is personable and welcoming and is the same person who checked us in during covid 2020.
The room was convenient on the first floor and quiet, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and breakfast was delicious with many options. What could be better?

My wife and I travel between Boston & Florida along I95. The last two times we have been very disappointed with our Comfort selection. Specifically two nights ago the Lumberton Comfort Suites. This property and the previous property were very very tired. Water stained and peeling bathroom ceilings, grungy fittings holding the glass shower panels to shower pan, white paint on sofa in room, bed pillows were tiny sofa size. Just very very tired and poorly maintained prorerty. Breakfast area was busy, juice machine broken, replacement carafs empty. More help needed for the customer load. Pre Covid I stayed at the Walterboro property, was great.

Property have roaches and pet hair on floors. Pet friendly hotel but does not keep it clean for stay.

The room we checked in had a blocked toilet and it did not flush, luckily we tested it before using it. We requested a room change and staff were friendly and faciliated that.
Breakfast was horrible. We only stayed for one night.

Very nice hotel, in a quiet area, don't have to listen to trucks on the highway like some other hotels too close to the interstate. Will be back.

We always stop here on our annual drive (and back) from NJ to FL. It’s clean, reasonably priced, allows pets and the bed is very comfortable. Decent breakfast. Easy on/off 95, friendly staff. Only complaint this visit was that there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. It was odd because we’ve never had that issue before, and the hotel was much less crowded than it has been on other trips, so no idea why they would have run out of hot water. But overall, highly recommend for a pit stop on a long drive.
