Was very rude in the front office

This was a terrible place. This start it was not a hotel it was a motel with live in guest the carpets were being cleaned so I couldn’t check in until 5pm and my event was at 6. I was not informed that a cash deposit was required on entry and to top it off there were roaches running around in the room so needless to say I didn’t use this room it was a total 57.00 donation and I’m truly pissed I slept in the car in a casino parking lot until time to go to the airport both me and my daughter. You should do a check on property before listing it on your site. This was the worst and I feel cheated I was only there for one night. Busted OYO is not worth the money it’s a do drop inn.

This place was very run down. We didn't stay because it was so nasty. There were people sleeping on sidewalk. When we tried to check in, we couldn't because card readers were broken.

Room 128. Front window to room was broken out. Repaired with duct tape. Insect in the bathroom and tub. Carpet stained and dirty. Towels were stained and dirty looking. Smoke alarm kept beeping all night. But the worse was bedbugs. Received 32 bites and whelps from sleeping in the bed. Wanted cash deposit )$50) and would not show me the room before check in. She said it was against policy. Nobody in the office at 4:30 when I went to check out to get the deposit back. Second worse hotel stay I’ve experienced in my life. The worse stay was at OYO at Sheridan and Airport. Both were really bad. They are getto hotels and need to be demolished and rebuilt . Feel
Like my money and health were wasted . Please don’t stay at these .

Fridge was dirty, ac was very noisy, bathroom old and dirty, no hand soap, toilet paper used, toilet not flushing, the indian guy at reception was on the phone for the whole time, I was waiting 5 min to check out until I said to him I have to leave!!

I took a $101 loss on this stay. I wasn’t in this hotel 10 minutes before I started noticing bed bug bites then I had a roach chase me out of the bathroom. I didn’t even bother calling to get a refund I just grabbed my gear and hightailed it out of there. Hotels.com should be ashamed to have this on a list of properties they endorse.

Gross sheets and towels, all stained or stiff. Could barely sleep. Smoke detector next door beeping all night. Woke up with bug bites on my arms and ankles. Rebooked at another hotel my second night in town, but even just sleeping in my car would have been preferable. Recommend avoiding this place.

I ended up canceling this stay, the front lobby was awful so run down there want even a handle for the door. The owner had a sign saying you would be charged $50-$250 cash deposit they would be returned after your room was inspected at checkout. I did not have cash, there was no atm and we had to be at the airport at 4am, seriously doubt they would want to inspect my room at 3:30am. I would never suggest this place to anybody. Safety and security where greatly lacking

horrible place, & the person at the front desk was not friendly at all. rude since we got there. was upset we were trying to check in because he was "ready for a smoke". once I paid my deposit, he didn't want to give me a receipt. said he was out of paper? ok? not a customer's problem. THEN !! we made it to our room. there were blood stains on the carpet and bed frame. no toilet paper. dirty. went back down to the front desk to ask for TP, crazy! they also didn't have tp. the next day, JUST A HORRIBLE & DIRTY PLACE WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Low smoke detector battery cause a constant chirping noise. No toilet paper, TV didn't work. Apathetic desk clerk said that it wasn't his fault if the maid forgot things and if maintenance wasn't there.

Upon arriving after booking on Expedia a day or so prior, I was notified that the only rooms available were smoking rooms. Which was pretty shocking since I did not book a smoking room. Then I was told I could only pay for the deposit with cash. I walked out and found something worth my time.

The price is good, the place is not. Room was dirty. The remote was taped together, carpets were dirty, the bathroom door know was partially ripped off, the bathroom door itself was duct taped. Not somewhere you’d want your family to stay

Well I wasn't informed about the fifty dollar cash deposit when I booked. Then finally got into the room and the heater quit blowing hot. The carpet was soaking wet from the wall to the other room all the way across my room. You need to inform everyone on the booking page about that cash deposit! Not in the fine print. They wouldn't let me use my card for it and that was a MAJOR problem.
