I see reviews about how terrible this place was but decided to give it a try since some reviews were okay and I had a funeral to get to from out of state upon arrival the room was dirty the sheets not changed so I let the front lady know she switches me rooms which was worse has broken stuff dirty no fridge so they switched me rooms again and it was still dirty we left with bites on us and not to mention the breakfast is literally just waffles you make yourself and cereal no eggs or nothing and the pool smells disgusting and looks foggy TRUST ME when I say DO NOT!!! Ignore the bad reviews the cleaning lady’s just talk about they’re lives and don’t do a thing I looked everywhere for them to get trash bags they were talking about personal life and just cussing being ghetto talking about fighting people and the baby daddies DO better!!

Hallways smelt like weed, carpet in hallways were pulled up, outside trash cans were filled so odor when you walked past, the mattress was worn out caved in the middle but ac worked great and breakfast was good.

My husband and I are in our 70s and were put on the second floor with no elevator. It was a hassle getting our bags up the stairs. I asked at check-in if a first floor room was available and was told they were all taken. When we got in the room, the heater was on. It took awhile to cool it down. The next morning there were three cars in the parking lot. I can't imagine the first floor was full. At breakfast (skimpy) I asked the desk attendant if a first floor room was available. He immediately moved us to another room which leads me to believe it was available the night before.

Took them 3 rooms to get me one that was actually ready and even that room wasnt completely clean, something in the room made me sick and ruined the trip i had breathing problems everytime i was in the room.

Not clean. What towels were in the room were old and thin. Stains on comforters and bathtub was peeling. Cracks in the walls and around ceiling. AC worked great! Checked out the same night just could not stay there.

The room was dirty, the bathroom doors would not shut it also had half laminate the bottom of it missing. The outside was dirty trash everywhere and the breakfast was just coffee and muffins. I couldn't sleep i was scared.

The room was dirty. Towels wernt stocked or tissues. Lamp shade was broken bath tub /shower was dirty. Room smelled like smoke but was non smoking. The hotel outside ans lobby look great but the room we received wasnt update or clean

We checked in and got our two rooms connecting. When we opened the second room it was occupied already. We went back to the front desk to change rooms and moved to the other side of the motel to keep connecting rooms. When we opened those rooms they were single beds and not double beds! As we have 7 people single beds would not work! We went back and changed rooms again! This time one of the rooms did not have a fridge but we decided to just toss our leftover food and stay in that room as to not have to move again!

We stayed for 2 reasons, otherwise I would have asked for a refund and left! The kindness and service I received at check-in (and there after) when a issues arose were the best! I didn’t get her name, but she is the main reason we stayed. She did what she was able to accommodate us. Our room was adequate and only for 12 hours. The shower barely worked right for us. We could hear way too much going on outside. No functioning ice machine. Although the room was clean it was very dated!

This was a terrible place. The bed cover was dirty and no pillows. I asked for pillows because the bed had none, and the front person said he looked and there was none. I left and got a refund. Don't recommend.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very arrogant and told me the cost of the room was different than what I paid on Expedia. He told me that's just how it is and I can either pay the extra $70 or go somewhere else he didn't care. The hallways and the entire hotel was filthy. When I got to my room it was obvious it wasn't cleaned as there was still food from the previous guest in the fridge. I will definitely never stay there again. Filthy, rude, and unbelievably unhelpful.

Room was unclean. Toilet did not flush. Only a sheet provided. Air conditioning was not turned on- so it took an hour for the room to cool down.

Front desk staff was dressed sloppy and absent for almost ten minutes upon check in. Property was dirty. Room was dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, and damaged including curtains falling off, dirt on floor, and holes in walls. Stayed here to save a buck because the pictures looked fine. Would never stay here again. Absolutely gross.

The room was very dirty and there was only one bath towel for the two of us. we had been travelling for 8 hrs and didn't get to our room till after 10pm. there was no phone to call the front desk so I walk though a sketchy outside to get to the office to get more towels. After we both took showers and washed our hair I went to use the hair dryer and it did not work. It was now midnight and we both had wet hair. I had to google the hotel to get a phone number to call the front desk, only to be told there were no more hair dryers and they were not allowed to take one out of another room. Breakfast was also an extreme disappointment and the pool that they show on the sight was closed down.

It would have been a great place in a slum of a 3 rd world country. I got to watch a couple of supposed crackheads fight directly in front of my room. This place was the worst…

I chose this hotel for the last night of our long road trip because they had a pool and hot tub. When I arrived, there was a notice at the front desk that the pool was out of service, and that they have not had a hot tub in a long time. I was so disappointed, and since I’d already paid through the app, I couldn’t get a refund and find another. The rooms were old, with curtains falling down. We were also on the last room, and every time other guests climbed the stairs, our wall and beds shook. Not impressed at all with this last hotel on our trip.

My first impression of this property is that it an older building that is in need of repairs and updates. Our room had at some point had a water leak, so the texture from the ceiling was coming off and was also badly stained. The toilet was not cleaned below the rim and the tub was stained and appeared to be very dirty. Out front door was to say the least, gross.

Great stay on our cross country road trip. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was a little slim but we didn’t care 🙏‼️

My wife and I stayed her on our way to Colorado Springs. This was a somewhat unexpected trip. We didn't arrive until after 10:30 pm and spent just one night. The staff was professional and the facility was clean and safe. The breakfast was nice and had several options, including make-your-own waffle. This facility met all of our needs.

Close to the hospital we are going to tomorrow

When we arrived the outside looked clean but the room looked nothing like the photo. The ceiling had water damage done to it, the bathtub had black stuff in it, the toilet didn’t look like it had been cleaned prior to us arriving and the room smelled like mildew. We didn’t stay our full night only a few hours but upon checking out we did show the front desk lady photos of the room and her face showed it all that not even she new how nasty the rooms were. Do not recommend especially if you have small children

We got a great deal for our one night, so I really can't complain too much as you get what you pay for. The room was mostly clean with the exception of the little "kitchen" area. Everything there was dusty and I had to wipe it down before use. The fridge was pretty dirty on the inside and even had hair in there, so that was a big downside. We had to request toilet paper as there was only one almost empty roll in the bathroom. All linens were clean and so was the bathroom, tub, and sink areas...definitely a plus! Breakfast was skimpy, but my son enjoyed the waffles =). The area was safe and quiet.
