Wonderful place. Amazing service and staff. Food was great, the room was exceptional. The only issue we the high prices for the airport shuttle, which was $400.000 COP each way- this, compared to a $30,000 Uber is pretty high.

The hotel is a historic gem, it is very well maintained. It's really a charming place to stay. The area is full of restaurants, so at night, you can stay near your hotel. Also, it is between the old city, and the more modern part of town, so it is in the middle of everything. We loved it.

We chose to stay at this property because we wanted to be near the heart of the gastronomic area of Bogota where some of the best restaurants in the world are located (Leo, El Chato, etc). This property is a colonial architectural jewel, and the service is top notch. Nicolas, from front desk, made sure we had the most incredible experience! The Sunday brunch is also amazing. We have also stayed at the FS near Zona Rosa which is great for night life lovers. However, FS Casa Medina is our favorite when we visit Bogota.

The staff is not very accommodating. What was most disturbing was the staff holding me hostage while trying to get in my taxi to go to the airport and accusing me and my husband of stealing!!! BEWARE!

Very cute boutique Four Seasons. Old building with a lot of charme, the staff were very helpful and nice. Our room was very spacious and confortable.
Great little gym, food at the restaurant was great and so was the buffet for breakfast.
The area is actually quite nice for restaurants and coffee shops, we felt safe walking around the neighborhood at all hours even if not recommended by the hotel.
My only remark would be that no one was able to make a great espresso or espresso coffee, even with the great machine and local coffee, but maybe I am being difficult ;-)

Everything was amazing from service to overall hotel and room cleanliness. The bar and restaurant are beautiful. Must stay here in you are in Bogota and would like to stay in a quieter neighbourhood with tons of restaurants and coffee shops.

When my wife and I got married we had our wedding reception and first night in Casa Medina, we enjoyed a lot. Now, 33 years later we went back to remember that. We find a larger facilities, new bar, new restaurant, new amenities and specially very friendly and attentive people, they made us feel very good, we loved our stay in Casa Medina. We will be back. Though I usually love Four Seasons, this was unfortunately the worst hotel I have ever booked through Expedia. The service from beginning (checkin), throughout (dining and concierge), and end (check out) was remarkably slow.

No question, the best hotel in Colombia. The difference between good hotels and great hotels is the people, and Casa Medina proves this in more ways than one. The most attentive, respectful, accommodating, group of professionals I have come across in Colombia for the past 20 years. I’m a loyal client and won’t think about staying anywhere else.

The front desk staff tried to scam us into "upgrading" into a worse room than we reserved for an additional $100 USD per night. We reserved a Grand Premier Room. Upon checking in, they told us that the room was not available, but they did have a one-bedroom suite available for $100 USD extra per night. We inspected the one-bedroom suite and it was not a good room, not well designed and not functional. So when we rejected that offer, miraculously our original Grand Premier Room became available. I expect this type of scam from a lesser hotel chain, not the Four Seasons brand. Another person checking in at the same time as us had the same thing happen to him. The concierge was exceptional and did a great job recommending places to go around the city.Other than the check in, the hotel is in a great location and was very nice.

What a wonderful property in the heart of Bogota with a very authentic ambiance. We had a wonderful room with a fireplace and sitting room. The staff was really friendly and courteous. And the bar and restaurant serve delicious food and drinks.The location is in the heart of a great area of Bogota and you can walk to restaurants close by.
