We have stayed many times at this hotel, it works well for a quick overnight stay that doesn't break the budget. The muffins they served at breakfast were packaged for travel, which works great for us.

This hotel covers all of the basic needs for us. We have stayed many times, the room is clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for a day trip to Fredericksburg or to hang out in Kerrville. The price is good if you don't need a fancy place.

Room wasn’t fancy but was very clean. Check in & out were very fast & the front desk staff were friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

2nd year in a row staying here. Its good for shelter. Cricket season is here and they were everywhere. Location is good. Staff is friendly. Pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. This is about the standard of Kerrville hotels.

The beds were very comfy, the pool waa clean and open till 1030pm which was great since we checked in at 830pm. The property was well kept and the front desk ladies were very nice and attentive.

We took a quick trip to visit family and enjoyed the pool and the very comfortable bed! Beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool area. Well lit and well maintained. Night desk ladies were very sweet and helpful.

Room was dirty, found old food from in the fridge and crumbs all over the table and carpet. We were so tired after driving 12 hours that we just let it go but we couldn’t have a good night rest because it was just dirty..Check in was ok but the check out lady Patty was RUDE she even yelled at me because I didn’t answer one of her questions fast enough…. I won’t recommend that place if you have an accent like I do

The door to the room had a gap to the frame, rendering it very easy to be kicked in. Access to the 2nd floor is limited, so fire safety is impossible. The stairs were uneven and narrow; the risers were crooked, so footing was precarious. The lobby reeked of garlic when we
checked in. The property is worn and not maintained properly.

This is an older property but is very clean and the staff is very capable and pleasant. I am commuting to Kerrville for a while and booked another four nights next week. It's comfortable and a good value.

The person at check in was rude and could not explain check in procedure. He told me I needed to get a Walmart or Walgreens debit card even though I had cash and a credit card. This after having driven 500 miles.

Overall comfortable and clean rooms. I would stay again and recommend. Didn’t get to use the pool, due to travel ball schedule. Location was great restaurants, stores and highway were all close by.
