I was surprised to have to pay extra to be on the ground floor. There were too many stairs for my sister.

Staff were not as helpful as they’d could have been

The hotel staff were polite and helpful, and the location was central to Edmundston and the surrounding communities. Our room was clean and spacious, our bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was more than adequate. However, our room was beside the main stairway, which caused a lot of noise when other guests approached the floor. The door to our room was difficult to close quietly, and the hallway smelled musty. Overall, I would rate this location 4.

This hotel is showing its age and needs a facelift. Staff are courteous though and rooms were clean but had a smell like masking old cigarette odour.

Place was a stop over in our travels and met our expectations

Easy to find just off highway. Staff helpful, very clean facilities. Toilets have a bit of a flow issue. Comfortable beds. Very busy at breakfast but that is with a full capacity.

An elevator for the second floor would be great for seniors and people with mobility problems.

Convenient location, clean good breakfast , friendly staff!

Lots of stains on curtains and sheets. The TV was blurry and way too big for this small room. The room was also smelly and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable; you could feel the spring on your back and it was very stiff.

The air conditioning was loud but otherwise a very average accommodation

It was located in the city in which we needed to stay. The condition of the carpet and toilet (which broke the flush chain while we were there) was not good and this property needs an update.

Everything perfect!

Not handicap accessible at all. No buttons for any doors, huge curbs everywhere and rooms are too cramped for a walker to navigate. I contacted them after booking telling them I was handicapped and asking for a room on the first floor and close to the desk. The first trip wasn't too bad. The room was reasonably close to the desk and ok to navigate in the room and through the patio door with the walker. The return trip was another matter - it was on the first floor, but very far from the desk - I had to take a break in the hallway. Also had to choose the desk chair or using the walker in the room - no room for both. Also had to force the walker through the patio door - it was just a smidge too narrow. I think a wheelchair would be totally SOL. Hotel itself was slightly upgraded and pretty clean. Breakfast was ok - the same powdered eggs and sausage turds as pretty much every other hotel - with undercooked potatoes. Bed are very hard with no cushioning - good if you like that, but not for me - woke up in extreme pain both mornings. Think I might be paying the extra $40 next time for the better hotel up the hill.
