This is a nice hotel in a great location; a block from the train station and within easy walking distance of the shopping district, Egyptian Museum, and the Royal Palace. It's a very nice hotel with very nice rooms and a great staff. I would stay here again.

The staff were all so lovely and helpful. The breakfast tasted great and had a good variety of things to eat. The rooms were exactly as pictured. The location is also great, very close to restaurants, shops, public transport and some amazing museums/landmarks.

Hotel is beautiful, comfortable and staff are great. Restaurant had issues with coffeemakers in the morning. Tried dinner, not to my liking, but staff were terrific.

An unexpected stopover for 2 nights! Staff were welcoming and the hotel is in a great position for most things. Parking is underneath the hotel, which unfortunately does not have direct access into the hotel. Good choice at breakfast. Rooms were quiet - we heard no noise at all. The main station is just across the road. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect! The hotel is across the street from the Porto-Nuovo train station and the bus and light rail lines. It's also easy to access the main squares and shopping and dining areas of Turin. The hotel was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. I stayed for thirteen nights and enjoyed the comforts and convenience of this property. Also, the meals at this hotel were delicious! I had breakfast and dinner with my group. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We loved our night here- large triple room, ample storage and view out of the front. Perfect location with a 15 minutes walk through the old streets and plazas to all sites. Helpful staff

A stately hotel just across from the North train station. The cleanliness and service are impeccable. Every staff member that assisted me had both professionalism and charm. I would have expected the property to be a little noisy, but it was incredibly quiet. I would have expected to pay a good bit more for my single bed room with it’s totally refurbished bath and decor. Recommend highly.

The hotel was well appointed and modern but the room was NOISY!
The minibar was almost comical with the usual priced drinks but unconscionable snack prices. A 25g bag of potato chips for €4 equates to almost €73 per pound.
The staff was adequate and helpful if a bit aloof.

Very convenient right across from the railway station. Very good quality hotel when compared to what you typically find near railway stations. Room had been recently rennovated. Inter Milan Football team stayed at hotel while we were there. The fans staking out the hotel caused a bit of an access problem but created a good atmosphere. Easy walk to main shopping streets and many of Turin's areas of interest to tourists.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It is conveniently located near the central station, within walking distance from all the touristic attractions and close to all kind of stores and restaurants.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke English and French. The breakfast had a nice choice of cold and warm food. You can ask an espresso or cappuccino if the Americano at your disposal is not strong enough. There is also a "children corner" at the breakfast buffet.
The room was very clean and the beds super confortable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Turin.

Excellent choice if you are staying in Torino and need access to the Porta Nuova train station. Very nice staff who upgraded my room for free. Breakfast is offered as early as 6:30am if you are like me and had an early departure. Nice room and facilities. Will return!

The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Food and service was excellent. Mihai, the bartender, was a great cinversationalist, as was the Maitre'de in the restaurant
