Very dated hotel. Super expensive for the condition. You have to pay for parking... not sure why. Most other hotels like Hampton Inn do not charge for parking. Room smelled.

We paid extra for breakfast not realizing it would be in Anchor Bar. The service was subpar and the food was awful. Half of the menu was not included in the paid for meal and what we did get was undercooked or bland. Don’t waste your money. Also we could not find a working ice machine.

My car which was parked in the property of the hotel was vandalized to a certain extent. I drove my Tesla to Niagara and after a day of parking found out that someone has chipped off the paint off the car on the rear passenger side. The hotel should deploy security at their premise to make sure there are no such vandalism.

I was happy with the facility, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean, unfortunately we had to request additional towels and with 4 people in the room we were a little crowded...there was only one chair available. One of the great amenities of this facility is that I was able arrange a guided tour of the park while on site...which was an awesome experience.

Hotel is good but overpriced. They charged extra $20 per day for parking even after booking room there. They charged $20 hotel fee per day did not understand why even i paid $250 perday for hotel why they need hotel fee. Breakfast also u need to pay extra. No extra facility. Rooms also looks old. Do not book here. In this price you can book best hotel there with other brand. I booked this by brand name but it was pathetic.reception lady was also full of attitude. Worst experience.
