Poor cleaning, dirty room.

I’ve stayed here three times now and we always have a wonderful time. It’s quiet, but make sure you get the view of the city, which is so much prettier than the inside court which is quite depressing. Also, I wasn’t aware that they had parking available for a price which is cheaper than the nearby parking you pay by day. Would’ve been helpful to have known that information including from Expedia and include that in the option when booking. The breakfast are OK. Nothing to write home about and I wasn’t impressed with the fact that they don’t really have fresh fruit even though it is in season in the summer. They had a lot of canned soup and some older apples and peaches on the side. The pool area could use some serious renovating as there isn’t enough space for the lawn chairs and the pool is quite small and half of it is inside and on a nice day you don’t want to be indoors. Luckily, the ocean is nearby. The staff at the front desk, breakfast room, and cleaning service are always wonderful and accommodating. I really enjoy staying here.

Warm welcome on checking. Speedy check in. Happy to assist us with directions to local supermarket and provided umbrellas. Lobby clean and smelling fresh. Room was 607 one of the classic rooms but must be one the the best view from the hotel in the hills of Cannes. Juliet balcony both in the bedroom and bathroom. Tea and coffee provided with mini fridge plus safe and iron with board. Room cleaned daily. Pool and spa was an added bonus we used twice. Breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice with a large tea and coffee selection. Hotel very central, less than 5 minutes to the beach bars and restaurants. Definitely would recommend and if I’m in Cannes again I’ll be returning back to Hotel Crystal & Spa. Thank you for the great stay.

I liked the proximity to the Mondrian hotel and the Cannes festival. Centrally located.

Excellent position, good breakfast (apart from cold egg) clean and comfortable. Some excellent staff. Underground parking, very expensive and not easy to navigate with sometimes inches to spare between cars, obstacles and tight blindbends. Number of cars needs restricting, obstacles removing and complete reorganisation - poor.

Very nice hotel with excellent leisure facilities. Well located and easy access to shops, bars and only a couple of minutes walk down to the beach front. I would certainly use again.

Thai property was unusual .. we asked for a high room and got 3rd floor out of 7, we paid for a superior room but was not that good, no balcony and view over other hotel car park. Position was good and roof top pool could do with an update

We love staying here. This was our second time. The location is perfect - close to the sea and shopping. Short walk to great restaurants in all directions. I loved our room - faced the back and it was bright and airy. They knew it was our anniversary and they gave us yummy macrons and decorated our bed with heart shaped paper tissue hearts. They need to improve their wifi though. I remember this was an issue the last time we were there 5 years ago and they haven’t fixed it (and their drains in the bathroom sinks don’t drain which was also an issue 5 years ago). Expedia messed up our reservation and we were supposed to have breakfast included and we tried to explain this but the hotel wouldn’t budge with a compromise. Nevertheless, we were happy with this hotel and hopefully will return again soon.

Is a great location in Cannes very easy access to everything. The staff are very helpful and friendly the hotel is well kept and clean yet not very luxurious but the rooftop spa is a great plus . But the Wi-Fi is really bad and very hard to connect to and I complained many times yet the problem was never resolved. I love that place it’s my 2rd time and I hope to go back if I am ever in the city

Overall this is a nice Hotel. However paper cups in the room, no teabags and two tiny milks per day was disappointing. Yes if you ask at reception you would get them, but who can be bothered with that. We bought two cups and extra milk and teabags. Didn't expect this from a 4 star hotel. Apart from that we had a lovely stay here and it was a great location. In the centre but off the main shopping street.

The staff and property was good. I was staying there for the second time bit the only thong that was not good is that i could hear the next room occupants snoring, talking, walking.

The stay was great. The only thing that bothers me the most was the parking since it was off site and i had to go down four story in the building to find a sopt. And it cost €28 per day. The hotel didn’t provide any assistance to find parking near the hotel. Luckily it was only 2 minutes walk or 3 minutes driving from the hotel.

The worst thing in this hotel is the parking. They don’t give any help or assist you in where to parka. Initially they charged us €20 a day for the parking but when it came the time to park my car they told us to look for a paid parking. For our luck the paid parking was only 3 minutes walking away. It cost €28 a day. The other thing is the noise from the cleaning girls in the morning. They keep chatting loudly with no considerations toward guest. I hanged the don’t disturb sign yet they knocked the door to ask if they could clean the room.

Hotel staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough to assist us. Especially after the confusion in respect of our room we booked. Big shout out to Pandora, front of house Manager. Situated perfectly in Cannes - 2 min walk to Croisette but away from the noise! Coped well with Covid restrictions. Breakfast staff super friendly.

We found the hotel itself to be fine... though without the spa, it would only be a three star hotel (and I must say that we were not interested in the spa). What was most deceiving was outside of the first receptionist, there was no effort whatsoever to "be of service" to the client. Even a simple thing, such as making a photocopy, the personnel asked "what is it for". As if this was their business?! That said, the room was fine and far from the beach -- but a walk to the public beaches.

Hotel is in a great location. The staff was friendly and the room was very good. If you are a light sleeper the traffic noise outside will keep you awake. Overall a good hotel.

The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, The breakfast was delicious with an outdoor area to dine if desired. Loved the rooftop pool, sauna & steam room. A very convenient walk to the Mediterranean and a 10 minute walk from the train. Lots of great shopping & restaurants near by. The hotel staff were very helpful in recommending great places to dine as well. Very nice place to relax at the end of our 10 day trip to France.

Great location of the hotel, staff is frienfly, the parking is small,the breakfast is convenient. Missing isWhat is missing is a lobby and restaurent, the WiFi is inconstant and needs login several times .For the price value, it is good option.

Rude staff, rooms you can hear exactly what there whispering next door not very well built, staff won’t give you towels to sit by the pool even though it advertises to! They also charge 60 euros for a sun lounger at the beach they offer they have sun loungers at

Booked a room only rate which was good value, hotel is very near the Croisette and main shopping area. Room was very clean and nice sized bathroom, comfie bed. Only negative was the old style hairdryer stuck to the wall! .
