I woke up 3 in the morning to roaches crawling all over the bed an floor I was disgusted

Kids running wild with shopping carts no supervision. I think they were owners kids. Pool not open. Flooring in unit moved as you walked in it. Bathroom door upo big would not close. Dirty tub.

Room was clean. Beds made. Only one pillow per bed and no cups for drinking. Service desk staff was extremely nice and helpful

Booking: Days Inn, Washington, North Carolina – Friday April 26th- Sunday 28th (2 nights) #129 & #109 I arrived at the Days Inn around 5pm. At check-in I was told that the room that I had selected was not available. They checked me into a different room with two queen beds. I am a large 6’3 man and the king bed was my preference. The room was dusty, the linens stained and thin. The internet was not working. I called the front desk for assistance, and nobody came to look. The TV did not work without the internet. There was a cockroach in the tub. I left for the day on Saturday to meet family and took all of my belonging with me. When I arrived back to the hotel at around 9pm my room was occupied, as it had been rented out to another customer. I went to the front desk along with the guest now occupying my room. The person at the front desk, much to the aghast of the other guest, offered to put me back in the room that I had been in the night before. Rather than inconvenience the other guest I accepted to be put into a new room. It took the front desk person 20 minutes to find a new room. The room didn’t have a working lock, so the door was opened for me. I was told I wouldn’t be able to leave the room until checkout. There was no hot water as well as 4 cockroaches in this room. The toilet seat was missing a bolt. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and recommend anyone reading this review to choose a different hotel if you are staying in Washington NC.

Service from front desk was horrible. Rooms were dirty and missing many items like towels and extra blankets. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone friend or enemy

Booked a 5 day stay. No microwave was missing from the room. Asked for a microwave since the one in the room was missing. Was promised one, never received it. I had to spend extra money for take out, because of this.

The facility is not in great shape. They did not have a breakfast. I wouldn’t stay here again

One of the reason I chose this hotel was because online listed it as pet friendly and breakfast. Sounded good but upon checking in the guy kept saying “no pets” right. Leaving me confused 🤔 this made my stay very difficult. And the breakfast was lacking in every way smh. Overall treatment by other staff was very pleasant and helpful. But next time I may reconsider stayin due to this experience. Pet situation just didn’t sit right with me truth be told

Dirty sheets, pillowcases cases and face cloths

Darrell roaches crawling all over the room. We couldn’t even sleep there even though we paid an Expedia told me that they weren’t going to refund me my money or find me anywhere else to go after I drove 10 hours with my children to a funeral and couldn’t even sleep where I paid to sleep at.

The rooms are NOTHING like the pics on the website. Extremely dirty. It looked as if nothing was cleaned. And i was told housekeeping just left that room. A king bed only had 2 pillows, no cups, no ice bucket, no wash cloths, only 1 towel, bedsheets were Extremely stained and looked like it was never changed, it looks as if the bed was just remade. And the sofa in the room, I wouldn't sit on if i put a towel on it first. It was just one BIG stain. I should of known better when the front desk asked if i wanted to look at the room first. Never a good sign 😕 we didn't even stay the night!!!

Homeless in stairwell. No breakfast to speak of. Broken juice machine with mold. No hand towels. Dirty toilet. No remote. Days Inns vary widely. This one is absolutely bottom tier. Stay far away.

The room was dirty, no cups or face clothes. Bathroom counter and tray had gooey stuff. We didn’t bother with the shower. After 13 hours of driving we were too tired to leave. Sheets were on upside down, lamp did not work. When we arrived at the reception desk no one came to assist for 10 minutes I had to call to get attention. Poorly advertised

Disgusting. Blood stationed bath towels, no hand towels, and no washcloths. Had to ask 3 times for new bath towels. Mascara and something pink on all 3 pillow cases. Asked for new ones and they never got brought. Also did not have a phone, remote control to the tv, or light bulbs in lamps.

Nice ppl and very good rates the facilities is in decent shape but I had to change rooms for inadequate plumbing toilet leakimg water and show drain in second room was clogged, I'm a truck driver to me it was to bad all I want was sleep at the time.

We went through 3 rooms. The sheets were not clean. I did not want to use the bathroom. Roaches were in one bed in one of the rooms. Weed was in another.

The staff was friendly and helpful the facility is old and my room was not fully cleaned I chose it because I could have my dog

Check in was easy quite place love that they have smoking rooms I would recommend this to anyone

Worst hotel experience- dirty everything, soiled towels and linens , missing outlet plates , bugs and overall awful . Paid for 2 nights and left after one .

The bathroom was not cleaned, hears were in the sink, dirty and also in the Toilette you saw the rests. As i complained, a person came and cleaned. So the staff was really nice and helpful

Booked a double queen online. When we checked in we were told that double beds hasn't been available for more than a week. So 2 grown men had to share a bed. Hot water didn't work and sink was stopped up. We booked 2 nights. Left after the first. They would not refund the 2nd. night. Never stay there again.

We reserved a room for the game on Saturday at ECU. Very old and outdated, which I can live with if clean. Unfortunately it was not clean. Saw a couple of roaches. Beds looked made but I doubt the sheets were changed. Previous guests' clothes were stuffed under the ottoman. Water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom. Shower did not drain. A couple of either gnats or fleas - I couldn't tell. The staff was friendly and nice but the quality of the room is unlike any place I have ever stayed at.

Way beyond terrible! Rooms were dirty, full of dust, debris, nasty smell nasty bathrooms, there were roaches in the little fridge and tub, no remote control, the whole place was a mess. Do not stay at this location. Ice machine was broken, linens were dirty and stained! Nightstand were full of dust! Towels were way to small. In a few words do not stay here

from the outside the place looks really nice .. but the inside the rooms are horrible.. dirty sheets and a smelly room even though we took the no smoking room.. no telephone .. rooms didn’t have no wash clothes..this place needs to be remodel inside ..

The staff was amazing. Our rooms was lacking some stuff and majority of it was solved by the staff. Other stuff wasnt worth mentioning because it didnt matter to me personally but would for other people.

The room was sparse - one chair, one trash can, no glasses. Signs of needed repairs & upkeep were everywhere - stained grout in the shower, lime-cached shower head, painter over defects in the walls,etc.

We saw roaches in the room the bath tub was dirty. There were lose boards on the floor

Poor check in time, toilet didn't flush and after maintenance came and fixed the toilet leaked. Room was dirty and AC was off upon arrival. It took 2 hours to cool the room down. Exterior was filthy. I will not stay here again.
