It was a place to sleep near where I was working

It is ok for one night just to have a sleep

Grounds are well kept. Some staff were helpful. Windows could have been cleaned. The carpet was cleaned but still had a musty smell. Internet was weak was disconnected at times.

It was very clean

Just a small note for housekeeping There was a french under the desk and the windows are dirty you can barely see out of them. As well the womens bathroomm across from the breakfast room the first stall doesn't flush.

Everyone was most helpful, kind and informative.

Good location

The staff in all areas was friendly and helpful. The room had all of the basic necessities and the breakfast had a varriety of choices.

Staff were amazing. Accommodates an early check in so we could make the Blue Jays game 😄

Staff was warm and welcoming

When we arrived there was no one at the front to greet us. I had to raise my voice and say “Hello?” 4 times. We were standing in the Lobby waiting for someone to check us in for about 6-8 mins. When she did greet us she was very pleasant. The room smelled like wet cat pee and was not serviced well before our arrival. The one bed (2 beds in this room) did not have its sheets changed before we checked in. When I turned the sheets over to get in there was visible leg hairs all over and foot confetti at the end of the bed. There was also bloody ear wax on 2 of the 4 pillows. I had called down and asked for a new set of sheets as these ones were soiled. I had to go down to the front door to get the sheets and the reception lady was very nice and when I requested new pillows she went and grabbed them for us and brought them to our room. The floors were so dirty that when we put fresh socks on and placed our feet on the carpet-our socks were black on the bottom. It also appears as there are long term occupants in the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was basic. Coffee-tea-orange juice-muffins-dry cereal-waffle maker-scrambled eggs-beans-sausage-yogurt cups-“fresh” fruit. We had one incident where our toilet was clogged. We noticed when we got to our room that the flushing power of the toilets was pretty well non-existent. The toilet overflowed and we had to call maintenance. He was very very nice and very professional.

Would only recommend if you have no other options. The Good: - Comfy Bed - Shower worked well - Fridge, Iron, Desk and Chair - Breakfast in morning was acceptable - No Bedbugs - Service was good The Bad: - There were only 2 small lamps, so it was very dark - Right next to 401, so outside it is noisy, inside it is fine. - Cannot open any windows The Ugly: - I tried 3 different rooms. The first smelled like horrible mould, the second like cigarettes, the third like dirty socks. it was disgusting

Spur of the moment, due to power outage. Late reservation with perhaps the last room. Room wasn't ready at 7pm so we went to eat. Very friendly check in.

Smells humidity and real poor

First, the price and the staff were great. But our rug was very soiled and felt very damp. Linens were fine and bedding clean, but our mini-fridge was stained with something bright pink . Left a mote on outdoor for cleaning lad but no cleaning ever came! Was quiet-breakfast was very good and plentiful. Loads of parking space.When we first arrived lady had some type of portable air filtering machine going and was apologizing because of previous customer having been ?” Smoking”. Room air was stale .Bathtub was wet all over the bottom as if shower had just been used or washed and not dried. Ok if showering I suppose but it wasn’t inviting to me! But overall, we got what we paid for, on a strict budget.

Friendly place close to all we wanted

Everything was great... until! Our assigned room was right at the noisy door entrance to the 2nd floor. If that happens again... I will request a different location.

Worst hotel ever for 150$. Very old, smelling bad, breakfast horrible staff ok...

Very friendly staff - fair prices for rooms and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and up to date.

The location was perfect for our visit and was convenient to the highway.

It was average.

Did not like the barking dog across the hall from 10 to 11 pm. Did not like waking up to an entire hallway smelling of marijuana when it is a no smoking hotel. Mattresses need replacement sinks in the middle of the bed Staff were great, easy access, breakfast very good.

Reception desk staff were helpful in advising how to take GO Train into Toronto, something we had never done before.

Checked in very late - staff was very nice. Room was very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great but the room is much too small for the size of the hotel

The check in was okay at five p m. We get to our room to find A housekeeper finishing off cleaning our room. 5PM ! The doors had several hand prints on them from dirty hands. The door between us in the next room might as well have been tissue paper. We could hear every word they were speaking. Air conditioner worked either on or off. No regulating it. At one point I couldn't get it to start at all. The beds were okay, shower and tub, were o k. It's a tired place that needs an upgrading. Price was the positive. Anything required needed driving to.

The air conditioner leaked a lot on the carpet making the room very musty smelling. Should have screens on the door to let some fresh air in. We liked the large tub. Shower head needs attention. Coffee and breakfast was very good. Staff were excellent!

Arrived late in evening front desk was a lovely lady. Breakfast was very good in the morning. Slept well as bed very comfortable. Would stay again.
