This place is not maintained but when you pay next to nothing you should expect next to nothing. Door panel and wallpaper peeling off the walls. Key cards held charge for about 1/2 a day. Sketchy characters roaming around at all times of night.

Nastiest place I've ever stayed in ever by far. Was welcomed by nasty stain on carpet of who knows what in carpet like what in the world! Bathroom bathtub dirty, cracks & all kinds stuff found on, bed sheets with stain, pictures tell it all. Don't recommend no 1 to stay here at all. I got there very late fr me to try look fr something else like midnight so & was just 1 night, had to just suck it up.

Arrived at the property around 645-7 to check in. No one is in the office, no one is answering the phone. Waited for almost an hour before I got checked in. I was given a key to room 210. Upon entering the room it had a smell but other than that fine. I went to shower and there was only 2 towels 1 that had red stains on it. We went to the office to ask for more towels and was told they didn’t have any. Keeping in mind that I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 teens. Around 2am we needed more toilet paper went to office and was told that no one was in room 210. My daughter Called me to ask the room number. I then call the front desk from room 210 and they answer so he gives us to toilet paper and we head to bed. At 515 am a man uses a key to try and open our door. Thank god the safety lock was on. At 530 there is a knock on the door it’s the front desk telling me that I’m not suppose to be in that room and that I need to come to the front desk. Showed me a paper that says I should be in 220. However at check in I was told and given a key to 210. I was then told there was a glitch in the system. I completely understand that things happen, however at 2 o’clock when we asked for toilet paper he was very aware that someone was in room 210 and yet he still Checked someone in and gave them a key to room 210 knowing that someone was in there. This situation could’ve ended so badly not knowing what kind of people we are nor what kind of person you just let into our room.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our first night was a little rough. We checked in and our door locked perfectly fine. When we came back it looked like someone tried to break in. The dead bolt lock on our door was no longer working there was wood chipped of the door frame. And the safety lock on top the screws were stripped and if you tried to use it the hinge on the door for the safety lock was coming off the door. We called for them to com look at it and they said it still locks from the out and nobody can get in. So we stayed. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they couldn’t do that. So we’ve been in the same room and they haven’t tried to fix it at all. My sister is with me and she is handicapped so we are in a wheelchair accessible room. They said they are all booked up. But I wish they would come and try and fix the door. Other than that, besides the manager Tony and the guy working the desk that night the other staff has been fantastic!

The hotel was just dirty. To the sheets to the towels. The walls had paint scratches and there was a pair of eyelash extensions on the bathroom wall. I was called by the front desk as soon as we got into the room to confirm my birthday which was annoying as we got to the hotel at 5am after a long drive and was already in bed trying to get sleep. We asked for a late checkout aswell and was woken up at 11 by the cleaning people twice! So much for getting some extra sleep.

Too bad

This is old motel type property. You get what you pay for. No pleasant surprise!

It was clean but requires fix-up work. States that breakfast is provided, the breakfast was a few items in a bag. Staff was OK, efficiency-wise, but not friendly. Getting to room was difficult, they informed no elevator available which was OK, but building only had 2 stair-cases inconveniently located

They were hanging new tvs we ask them to come back after we check out. We had plans in the afternoon and they came in when we were not there and hung the tv. They did not do what we ask! Please spend a bit more and rent another hotel room.

There were cockroaches, the tub was stained, and the sheets were ripped. Also the television was so old it barely worked. :(

Hotel is in serious need of updating. For the price it was ok, but it is a very basic place. Breakfast was paper bag and granola bars and a couple mini muffins

The place is a DUMP! The security lock on the door was broken. No breakfast was available, only a to-go bag with a stale muffin and a breakfast bar. The floor was stained, the bathroom was dirty and no toilet paper was provided one evening.

Convenient and inexpensive

This morning for breakfast they handed us a sack through the door with muffins, orange. This was very misleading for free breakfast. Would not recommend this place it was clean but old

Bath/shower did not drain at all. Television remote and side buttons would not work. The light beside the bed constantly flickered and turned off. Homeless woman living in her car outside our room door. Litter everywhere. Broken glasses being heard thrown at night. The bathtub was in dire need of being replaced. It was so unsafe.

I didn't like anything about this property. It should be closed down and completely renovated.

Room was not vaccumed. It was late when we arrived. They did not have other rooms. Bathroom was not cleaned and condom was on the floor. THey do not have any beverages for breakfest. Front desk guys use the machine in the room. I showed him how dirty it was. It was not cleaned for months. not a good place. So is it worth the money. Not really. There are other hotels in the area for extra 10-15 bucks per day.

Mattress in bed had a hole in it!!!! (We were moved to a different room) Rooms smelled, old carpet, refrigerator and microwave were dirty inside. Free breakfast??? (brown bag with a orange and a muffin)??? Bathroom shower panel was coming off the wall.

It was fine for the price.

The room had severe water damage, several stains of unknown origin, mold on the bed, and trash/dirt in every area not immediately visible. It was obvious that the room was cleaned on the surface level but hadn’t been actually cleaned for several visits. There were Cheetos under the bed.

The room had a bad smell, and the place is not upkept at all. But I didn’t expect much for the price.

The pillows had some lint and stuff on them

They put me in a Handicap roof. The carpet and desk furniture are old. The microwave is very old and the refrigerator. The freezer is caked with ice looks old-fashioned.

I was not impressed with the furnishings in the rrom. They were outdated. Was advertised having breakfast only had a breakfasr bag available. Blaming it on covid that is just lazinessi would not stay here again.

Don’t know there were bedbugs are not but no comfort in the bed and always feels like some insect is roaming on your back. AC is terrible, it goes cold sometimes and goes hot sometimes even though temp was set. Not coming back anytime here.

Toilet made noise when it flushed. Room was clean. Water was hot in shower. Door in bathroom needs fixing.

GOOD LOCATION TO ATTEND CONVENTION CENTER ACTIVITIES.
