Room was ok. Bathroom was rough. Patched holes in the walls. Towels had old stains on them. It was ok for what we needed.

Stayed on the 5th floor the hall smelled like weed all day every day so much that they smell would come in my door. Some really iffy people stay there FYI. They came in my room even when put the do not disturb sign. Bad presentation when the lobby sofas have some pee stains like.

Upon entering the hotel the general vibe compelled me to search for bed bugs. Thankfully none we're found and the mattresses were in good shape. Rooms were not as clean as they could be. Window didn't lock. Door was hard to open. Door deadbolt didn't work. Half the staff was friendly enough, the other half just missed the mark. If not for the airport shuttle, this room was not worth what I paid.

Excellent hotel and clean stay was very helpful

The room was dirty. Bed had candy stuck under the sheet. Floors were not swept. Shower is dirty. Towels had stains.

Quick overnight stay during a soccer tournament, just needed a place to sleep. Hotel lobby & rooms were nice, beds comfortable. Took several minutes for the front desk personnel to come out of the back room to check us in at 5:30pm on a Saturday evening. Breakfast was satisfactory with waffles, eggs & sausage among with quick service items. Again at checkout took several minutes for someone to come to the desk. As someone was standing there before me I motioned for them to go first and he then said he worked there. Seemed odd someone to be standing in the lobby and not try to get help for the 2 customers at the desk. Location is a little iffy, there’s a fire station next door so heard the sirens twice overnight.

Airport ahuttle was detrimental to my travels and was what i filtered this hotel for and theu delivered on that part. Airport shuttle was available early on the morning, every hour on the hour. Upon my arrival the shuttle took no more than 10 minutes to pick mw up from the airport. Front deak person (female with blond hair) was very friendly and helpful in finding nearby restaurants and information. The bed was a very comfortable king size with lots of comfy pillows which was much appreciate after a long day. Downside: My tv wasn't working properly but management came up right away to remedy the situation. The other issue was that my toilet was broken because it wouldnt flush. I was only there for business and was staying only for the night so i didn't trouble managment about it. Overall, it suited my needs and i was able to complete my business there and return to the airport by the hotel shuttle, on time for my departure train.
